i bought a stand, its my first time going there, i didnt know you couldnt do returns, im starting a business, i didnt even open the box of the stand i brought it over the next day to return it, and they say i couldnt because i dont have a membership, thats pathetic, the costumer service terrible, the ladys in the front have an attitude, definitely dont wanna come back to that place.

I had been to another location previously. They carry great things for restaurants and your home. Some items are just too large for your home - unless you are in the restaurant business too - or have a very large family. Some items were not priced any better (just larger quantities) than certain grocery stores. But I look forward to going back soon.

Wrong items in the system. Drove 2 hours to find out they did not have the item they said they did. And the product is less quality for more money.

This was great to go into the place and it was not crowded. I was able to find the items I needed for making desserts and they had the pastry bags with different designs. I will be back next month as it will be Christmas time and need to get more items. I had just a few and there was an open register taking people with a few items as the other cashier's were taken the ones with the bigger items.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Very rude and unhelpful staff. This is a shame as this location is fairly new but clearly not properly trained staff.

I visit this place and the place on 45 the street. I always wondered if this business understand that they are doing business with business owners. It's very difficult to get help and the way it's organized especially packaging products, wish it would be organized better to understand sizes and samples. More and more I am shopping online but still have to come for fresh produce. Wishing the managers to work harder.
