My family got covid vaccines & booster shots at this store. The team was awesome. Pharmacist was so kind, pleasant and very patient. Pharmacy technicians were very quick in processing the forms & highly knowledgeable & very responsive. I got my vaccine in very quick turnaround time. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Was lucky enough to get my Covid vaccinations at this location. The pharmacist was professional and very pleasant. I had to stay for 15 min after each appointment so I used that time by walking around the store. It is modern and has a great makeup and beauty department. The staff was super friendly and offered help

This is for the Pharmacy only. We’ve been going to them for the last 3 weeks and every time we go to pick up my meds, the right ones are never done on time, they claim I have no refills (when I do) and never do automatic refills like they promised to every time we ask. They’re extremely rude and don’t listen unless we tell them over and over, and that’s when they realize they were in the wrong and are mad because they’re wrong. It’s always the same two ladies and are always rude whenever we come or call. The only reason we stay is because it’s the closest one, otherwise we would be transferred to a different Rite Aid.

I was a regular customer; I usually stop here in runs to grab a water; however last time, as I grabbed a bottle of water an employee approached me and told me somewhat bluntly and rude “you need to leave your backpack up front if you come in here” I have been coming here for two years before now always with a backpack in always with no issues. I felt pretty uncomfortable so I won’t be back to this Rite aid ever

Prices are outrageous... This rite aid has items 2 to 3 dollars more than I can get at a gas station. And gas stations are known for being more pricey. I'm not going here again. I'd rather drive 3 timestime distance to the dollar store than go here. And I could walk to Rite aid. But it's not worth it. The workers are nice at least.

I have been going to Rite Aid since I lived in Waterford Michigan. I have moved to the Milford area in 2014. I am so grateful for the service and Pharmacy at this Wixom location. Always friendly and quick to fill my prescription's. Great summer sales and customer service is top notch. Thanks all at this Rite Aid for all you do for me. Much appreciated 😁
