I believe this place has a lot of potential. However one of my biggest issues was for one, the wait time was very long and 2 the staff at the desk were pretty unprofessional. I got there at 12:30pm and didn’t leave until nearly 3pm. I was only there for a quick Med certificate. However my Nurse is what made me rate decently. She was very kind and very informational. Preformed her part of the job efficiently and professionally. Which is more then I can say for the rest of the staff. I wish I remembered her name. Shes very soft spoken but shes made my frustrations after a long wait time much better. Honestly the only good thing about the place. Would not return.

If I could give no stars .. I would. 1 will suffice. I went to two totally differently locations and they each had their own set of problems. Both equally bad. I went because i work for Amazon and had a work related injury. They did not truly listen to me as I described the pain that I was in, they did what they wanted and as a result I had to continue to work on a foot that was in very bad shape due to their disregard as medical professionals. The wait times were awful, and they down played my injury. I ended up going to my own urgent care where I recieved care for the initial incident and care due to their negligence. I used this place solely because it is who Amazon is partnered with, I couldn’t imagine going here for regular personal use when injured or sick. Both the Romulus and novi locations were visited, and I would not go again.

The experience was very good! The staff was very nice and did my DOT check up fast and timely! Also, the nurses and office staff and management was friendly! And got all my paperwork done and faxed correctly! Overall it was great!

Hearing test was a joke. There was so much noise from the bathroom next door that is all I heard. Plus the nurse that took my urine opened cup and her fingers were in it. The physical was a joke too. 3 hrs later I left thinking scary how they screen people.

Went to Concentra in Novi, MI for a preemployment TB T-Spot blood draw and N-95 mask fit testing. No appointment, the waiting room was full, so I was worried it would take a long time. I was wrong, they were moving people through quickly, and after only 15 min or so, I was called for my testing. The lab technician was excellent, I literally did not even feel the blood draw, excellent job! Fit test went fine as well. Ended up in and out of there in about 45 minutes!

Amber was amazing with helping me out! I was confused about what I needed to have done exactly because the paperwork I have for it is not very clear. She sat down with me and looked through it, she went back and asked others for their opinions as well, and we were both still confused so I called the helpline on the paperwork and after speaking to the representative, she talked to him as well to be sure we both understood what needs to be done. Thank you Amber for your dedication to helping me figure that out!

My work had Concentra as the health clinic for the employees and every experience I had going to a Concentra clinic was horrible. EXCEPT for the one in Novi on Grand River Ave. the employees there are friendly, caring and attentive to your health care needs! They should model every other clinic they have off of the Novi clinic.

Had an appointment, arrived early and filled out paperwork ahead of my appointment, yet I still waited for an hour past my appointment time. To make matters worse walk-in traffic that came in before me got serviced first.

It’s been over a month since I’ve had my appointment at Cocentra Novi and I am still impressed with how efficient their system is! Amber checked me in and she was great- super friendly and very helpful. I waited at most 15 minutes to be seen by a provider. Would highly recommend!

Had to go in for my 3 year TB test. Everyone was very nice. My whole visit only lasted 20 minutes. Had to go back to get my TB read. Complete different staffing but again they were very pleasant. Waiting for the read took longer than the actual test. Was there 30 minutes. I didn’t mind, much better to have a pleasant staff and wait than to be in and out and be treated rudely.
