I needed an item for a project i am doing, and the website indicated JoAnns had 6 in stock. Upon arriving at the store there were none on the shelf. However, Sharon and Alisha double checked inventory and found the item I was looking for. They were pleasant and friendly the entire time. Wonderful experience!

Looking for upholstery materials. Had a very large selection but not enough for the project but couldn't order from a warehouse or another store. Even went as far to say didn't know if was able to order directly to my residence. Large store very understaffed and clerk didn't seem that interested in taking the time. Went to store in Alpena and had no problems at all. Also very understaffed but friendly and welcoming. Very big difference.

I love that this store has two floors! Seems to have a better selection that some other Joann's.

Great selection of fabric at this store! Almost the entire second level is filled with fabric, so much better than the other locations. You can even take sewing lessons here. I prefer this location to the others in the area.

Was good. Lots of options and good sales. The cashier did come off as fairly rude when I checked out. Otherwise it was pretty good.

The waiting line was long. So long that I began to question the meaning of LIFE. So long that I begin to forget why I am here. So long that time has lost its meaning and and the waiting become eternal. If living forever means to wait in a never ending line in Joann, I would be very, very sad.

I've had the absolute worst service with Joann! Not only did they tie up over $300 (way more then my order came to) in my bank account, and stated the double hold was the norm, when the package was damaged in route and unable to be delivered to me, they said I would have to cancel the order and start the whole process again. No thank you! I do not appreciate having my funds tied up like that. They will be missing out on all of my business needs from now on. Apparently, keeping a loyal and long-term customer is not important to them. Message received.

Absolutely loved the collection of art supplies here. I would say it is so much better than the ones in michels in Novi. I peeked in the first floor for few minutes just because I had some work at kolhs.I will surely go back specifically to shop a lot of their art kits.

I was greeted at the door. The fabric cutter was kind and friendly. Then the cashier was bubblely and fun! I would recommend you shop here!

I am working to alleviate the nerves of our Frontline teachers by beautifying their lounge and restroom. I went to Joanne's for fabric for bulletin boards and to sew a buffet pad. I wanted cheerful, uplifting colors. I had to go up and downstairs a couple of times to get everything I needed but that was my fault. The staff was extremely helpful especially the young lady helping me pick out my fabrics very patiently and kindly holding the fabric rolls as I debated which colours to choose. My husband even got to come in because Joann's is pet friendly and our dog was so well behaved, they had fun in the store to.So what do you think?
