This place is highly overpriced it being the only fabric store in Ann Arbor they think they can get away with price gouging fur material. Most of the things in the store are available at Walmart for between 1/3 and 3/4 of the price that are here! They even have material available online at much more reasonable prices!

Got great service at the cutting counter! We found the material for my future daughter-in-law to say Yes to the dress 👗. It's also the counter where my hubby proposed to me so super sentimental ❤️

Been there many times and staff always slow to cash out people, been looking for specifics items and the workers always say I don't know where u can find it. They ate not helpful. Always have an attitude. Prefer location in ann arbor saline.
