I've been a loyal customer at the Michigan Ave location for about a decade. My latest device activation went awry, leaving me with no hotspot and no 5G, I decided it was time to try another location. Kal definitely went above and beyond, though it was a rather strange issue (which ultimately seemed to have been incorrect configuration of the SIM card at the other location) he worked diligently to isolate the cause and reprogram the SIM correctly. After weeks of frustration, he was not only friendly and helpful, but also a skilled troubleshooter and technician. His attention to detail is outstanding and his dedication to getting the issue resolved was such a relief! I really appreciate his passion for finding the answer.

This store is truly one of the best in the area I always go there for all my phone needs and they gladly assist if I have a broken screen they fix my phone in great speed and provide amazing quality this is without mentioning the process of getting a new phone and problem solving . They also make me feel appreciated and talk to me like a friend I recommend this store to anyone who wants to be treated with real respect and wants amazing service.

I don't know why the lie to u about the phone and the service smh..... I wasn't going to get a phone from this place but this lady that work here told me the phone they giving me was 5G ended up was only 4G and also she told me my plan was UNLIMITED but ended it's not I'm not coming back to this location anymore bunch a liar

The guy Allen sabotage my phone I can't use it now I went in and get my service switched over and it took over an hour clearly they was making mistakes. I sold them an old iPhone for $16. Further into the transaction they wanted to give me the iPhone back I refused. They suggested that they add the $16 along with the $90 they was going to charge me to switch over the service which is ridiculous get some professionals up there I'm done!!

Can't be trusted! Lost my phone went in to replace it young man there told me if I got a new phone with a new number it would be cheaper but failed to tell me he was taking me off my family plan. When I tried to get back on the plan I was told I had to pay again. In the past I've dealt with a young lady at the store that did very well.also the young man was very rude and told me I didn't know who I dealt with when I came in the store and I didn't even know if I came to the right store very unprofessional

Good people and great customer service. They don't make you wait a long time to get taken care of. I've always been greeted when I go to this store as if I'm a friend not a customer. Always makes me smile and return over and over again. Thank you for being awesome!

I asked about a iPhone 7 they try to sell me a used one that was cracked and scratched. She try to charge me $500. Why would anyone buy a used iPhone for $500 when you can get a brand new one for the same price with an upgrade?

I met up with my nephew's girlfriend there to return rings she left at my house after I took my family swimming. She was with her family having her phone serviced. After I handed her a baggy with her rings in it a salesperson came outside and accused me of selling drugs in his store. He wouldn't hear my side of the story and blew me off. Shame on you for thinking that sweet teenage girl does whatever you thought she did, and shame on you for assuming I sell drugs to kids. This store is in a shady place but that lack of professionalism is uncalled for.

Great service always willing to work with you, knowledgeable. I have seen staff put up with a lot of rude people and they never let it interfere with the next customer they help.
