I've been a loyal customer at the Michigan Ave location for about a decade. My latest device activation went awry, leaving me with no hotspot and no 5G, I decided it was time to try another location. Kal definitely went above and beyond, though it was a rather strange issue (which ultimately seemed to have been incorrect configuration of the SIM card at the other location) he worked diligently to isolate the cause and reprogram the SIM correctly. After weeks of frustration, he was not only friendly and helpful, but also a skilled troubleshooter and technician. His attention to detail is outstanding and his dedication to getting the issue resolved was such a relief! I really appreciate his passion for finding the answer. ~Claire

The people that work there are decent but they are there to sell, so if you are buying they are quite pleasant,if your not buying they don't have interest in you which is a sale men's job I guess. ~Mary

The store hours and sign display that it should be open for business... Sadly no one was there. After waiting an additional 5-8 minutes the store operator finally arrived. I explained that I just hours ago dropped my phone cracking the screen. He asks if I want a screen protector... I say "No, I think I need a new screen" to which he replies "we don't fix android screens here, only iphone". This was extremely disappointing to hear being that I purchased my phone from this exact location. So I ask "you sell android phones,but won't repair them?" He says "yes we sell android". To top it all off the screen protector he offered me did not fit my phone at all!. From the inattentive nature of his responses, to the lack of product support, I do not believe I will be visiting this business again in the future nor will I recommend anyone I know. ~ScorponicDragon
