Best warehouse club in Boynton Beach, Florida (FL) 2024

I had been to another location previously. They carry great things for restaurants and your home. Some items are just too large for your home - unless you are in the restaurant business too - or have a very large family. Some items were not priced any better (just larger quantities) than certain grocery stores. But I look forward to going back soon. ~Lee

After being helped at the Fort Lauderdale club by the General Manager Curtis who called this store's Manager directly, we drove 30 miles to this club to pick up a Pergola, the last in the district we were told. It was supposed to be pulled off the floor and carted and we were told to go to customer service when we arrived. They had no idea, and it was still on the floor for anyone to purchase. When we got to the register, it rang up at $250 more than the price at the Fort Lauderdale location. We showed them the tag from the store, they then got the tag from their store and it was also a different price than what it was ringing up. The floor manager said they had to verify the item numbers. They verified it, and then the floor manager said the General Manager Brian would have to correct the price. He came out and refused, said the stores mark their own prices and " TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT". In front of several other customers in line with us who were in disbelief. I literally tossed my card in outrage and my wife sent me back to retrieve it. On the way out the door, the customers in line were all saying we should call corporate right there that that was ridiculous and rude. We tried from the parking lot, but they were closed. Will try Monday. After calming down, I'm trying to keep in mind that I've been a member for over 13 years and have always had good experiences with this chain. I will however avoid this store completely in the future. ~Chris
