Best tire shop in Boynton Beach, Florida (FL) 2024

Had three appointments for an oil change Through the app called to confirmed one said call the store which I did all three were denied by the store stating the computer appointments don't come into the store and they had already been overbooked I could leave my car they might be able to get to it . the gentleman at the counter was extremely rude demeaning and sarcastic . No customer service skills whatsoever The last appointment was at 10 AM on Saturday morning when I called Thursday to confirm They told me the same thing they could not guarantee to do my car even with an appointment at 6 PM Saturday night I received the confirmation of the appointment in my email which to store denied. They used to take care of my car every 3,000 miles I've been a faithful customer not any longer the store is horrid and unprofessional period. I don't recommend the store to anyone . So disappointed ~Chris

After being helped at the Fort Lauderdale club by the General Manager Curtis who called this store's Manager directly, we drove 30 miles to this club to pick up a Pergola, the last in the district we were told. It was supposed to be pulled off the floor and carted and we were told to go to customer service when we arrived. They had no idea, and it was still on the floor for anyone to purchase. When we got to the register, it rang up at $250 more than the price at the Fort Lauderdale location. We showed them the tag from the store, they then got the tag from their store and it was also a different price than what it was ringing up. The floor manager said they had to verify the item numbers. They verified it, and then the floor manager said the General Manager Brian would have to correct the price. He came out and refused, said the stores mark their own prices and " TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT". In front of several other customers in line with us who were in disbelief. I literally tossed my card in outrage and my wife sent me back to retrieve it. On the way out the door, the customers in line were all saying we should call corporate right there that that was ridiculous and rude. We tried from the parking lot, but they were closed. Will try Monday. After calming down, I'm trying to keep in mind that I've been a member for over 13 years and have always had good experiences with this chain. I will however avoid this store completely in the future. ~Chris

If a -10 (negative ten) were an option on the star rating that would be my . I’ve been to tire Kingdom dozens of times and last time they forgot to put my pen on it fell while I was driving on the road… I opted to give them the benefit of the doubt and win in today Sunday, October 23, 2022 for another oil change… what a horrible decision!!! NEVER EVER COME HERE. STAY AWAYYYY. The conditions of the shop were horrid. Surprised they don’t puncture everyone’s tires when working back there. Spilled the old oil all over the underbelly carpet and the mess continued on the top and of course of my key and steering wheel. Manager knew it was a bad experience and comped for the service. I would have paid double just for a good stress free day. Back to the dealer only for me. ~Alissa
