If a -10 (negative ten) were an option on the star rating that would be my . I’ve been to tire Kingdom dozens of times and last time they forgot to put my pen on it fell while I was driving on the road… I opted to give them the benefit of the doubt and win in today Sunday, October 23, 2022 for another oil change… what a horrible decision!!! NEVER EVER COME HERE. STAY AWAYYYY. The conditions of the shop were horrid. Surprised they don’t puncture everyone’s tires when working back there. Spilled the old oil all over the underbelly carpet and the mess continued on the top and of course of my key and steering wheel. Manager knew it was a bad experience and comped for the service. I would have paid double just for a good stress free day. Back to the dealer only for me.

Avoid this branch. Employees aren’t properly trained and managed. General Manager sits in the office on the phone instead of doing his job. When he does leave the office he’s rude and unprofessional. Go to another location.

Same day service. They installed new tires that i bought elsewhere. Still had stickers on tires, which is a must. They had job done early. Car drives great. No damage to expensive aluminum wheels. Much appreciate the service.

Went in yesterday with a nail in my tire (one of four brand new ones purchased at another Tire Kingdom who refused to help me). Cesar got me in and out in record time with no appointment. Cesar is your man!!

First time there, screwed up my wife’s Ford Edge computer had to go to dealer to get fixed. Second time, didn’t put oil cap back on. New tires with alignment and not aligned properly bald on inside only. Make a third appointment for new tires and oil change (third times a charm right) only to walk in and be greeted with “we are to busy for you to drop off tell me what you need done ” when I have had a appointment for a couple days. Literally, go anywhere else. Probably get better service on your vehicle at McDonald’s then this tire kingdom.

Great service, quality personnel, & fair prices (as fair as a mechanic chain can get). If you are choosing between Tire Kingdom and any of the other chains that do tires, oil changes, etc. the Tire Kingdom here in Boynton is by far the best! I showed up this morning at 8:40 AM without an appointment, they were booked back to back all day, but, they still were able to get me in & do a full synthetic oil change, rotate my tires, a wheel alignment & wheel check, a battery check, & replaced a tire rod, all by 3:00 PM. They were also very attentive & called multiple times throughout the day to explain what needed to be done. MIKE KIMINAS is the man! He's straight forward, intelligent, trustworthy, & will thoroughly answer any & all questions. Thanks Tire Kingdom!!

I have been going to this Tire Kingdom for many years since it is a couple miles from my house. Clifton is great, and took care of my car after one of their mechanic did not do their job properly. I give credits to the mechanics and the people there who try to resolve issue found. Recently, I took my car in for its 3rd synthetic oil change/tire rotation outside the dealership. First, I noticed the tire rotation was not done until I pointed it out. Second, after driving about 30 miles, the engine splash shield screws popped out while I was driving. The shield dragged on the road making a loud sound as I drove. If the screws were securely tighten, this issue would not occur. I had to pull to the side of the road to figure out how to fix the issue. Third, I noticed shield was greasy and oil was leaking. I had to stop at store to duct tape the shield for temporary fix to continue driving. When I took my car back to Tire Kingdom, the shield was reattached to the car with zip ties. This should not be the right fix. Original screws need to be used but they don't have it and can't order it. Mistake was done by them so they should order the screws and remove zip tie fix. Oil leak was fix the 2nd time when I went back to store because first time they said it is normal to have some oil on the shield. When I saw oil on my driveway, that is not normal. I found out a new mechanic actually worked on my car, and did not do the oil change properly causing oil leak, screws not securely tighten on oil splash shield, and tire change not done. New mechanics should have their work inspected to prevent issues on cars, and the reputation of a company. I hope tire kingdom would order my missing screws and reattach the engine shield properly (not with zip ties).

OUTSTANDING Service! VERY HAPPY. I feel compelled to write this. Caesar took me in his back office, I had a BIG Job. And he put together a deal that blew the competition Away by over $500 I saved! FIVE. HUNDRED. This man made me feel like family. I left my car with him, went home, 5 mins away, and 7 hours later picked up my Whip. Asked him to see the old parts, because I trust no one, And Got no Attitude, just GREAT PROFESSIONALISM & Proof my car was fixed! I'm a Customer for Life. My Lexus drives GREAT!
