More then 10 broken machines that will take your credits and won’t work! No staff that are willing too help or compensate. Disappointing experience for the kids.

Most of the games do not work and very traumatic for kids. Their responses to the reviews are a bunch of lies they say they fix things but they do not. Asked for tokens back that the games took and they said they would fix it but they just took more tokens away

The manger and all the staff were excellent with customers service all of the above I will be back again with kid’s birthday parties for sure just because how well they took care of me and my family amazing performance the place was very clean as well just amazing my son Mason had a awesome birthday because of the manger and her whole staff thank you all so much !

This older women who looks so unhappy with an extremely poor attitude is one of the first person you see when you get into this establishment. She does not seem to like her job she's very short with her own staff the patrons and the children. It leads me to wonder why in the world is she employed at this job if she hates it so much. The absolute worst part is her badge says "general manager" disgusting she needs more training on customer service. How could the general manager have such poor customer service skills. This is a good place to take your children but when the staff is not friendly in a child environment it makes the whole experience terrible. She needs to retire or get into a new line of work maybe something virtual because her attitude is disgusting.

I used to go to this Chuck E Cheese bunch of times when I was a little kid.It was my childhood memories and it was so fun and the food was so good.Last year some people keep asking me if Chuck E the animatronic have cameras in his eyes and I actually don’t know.I remembered the SkyTubes at Chuck E Cheese and it was definitely fun.

Great place to bring a child to play for an hour. Avoid Wednesday’s as they have a special on unlimited play and it’s crowded. No One wears a mask 😷. I prefer to get a coupon from SaveAround and go when it’s less busy.

The entire game area and booths were very clean, as well as the bathrooms. Service was attentive and friendly. Easy to find an attendant when the games malfunctioned. Food was ready and delivered quickly and there were a lot of menu options. Kids were super happy and excited to play here and I was relieved that it was exceptionally clean with great service.

My family & I visited last night and I must say, I was not too happy with the place. More than 10 games said error, out of service or was shut down & missing the swipe pad. Too add, the games that require you to swipe your card and a coin is supposed to be dispensed did not have coins. The air hockey was missing the puck, not playable. The game where you throw balls at clowns, is playable only on the 3rd row. The top 2 rows had bars falling behind the clown so the clowns wouldn’t go down. Super disappointed. We did order food and the pizza was amazing. Not a fan of the wings though. The staff that was there, super friendly. And the place was clean overall. Staff was present and sanitizing the tables promptly. But for the amount parents spend to come here, you guys can do better.
