This was by far the worst chase bank I have ever walked into. The lady at the front was rude, stank and had no respect. I have worked in customer service for 10+ years so I know how things work. She should not be in the front of the bank. And the worst part is, there were two gentlemen next to her that witnessed the whole thing. I will definitely be mindful when I need to go to the bank in person again. And it will definitely not be this one.

Wouldn’t recommend visiting this location. My lender requested their support. I visited the location seeking assistance and they were rude and unprofessional. Never had this experience at all with any other chase bank.

What an awful experience I just had! Wow! I do not understand how people can be so rude and still work for major corporation. I have been with Chase for many years and never have I had this experience. I feel threatened, intimidated, and lied to. I do not want any of my money belonging to this company ever again.This branch would not even give me their names. I feel like they are doing illegal activities and very suspicious. I will be investigating

The bank tellers are always happy and helpful, but the drive-thru service is no longer available. Extremely inconvenient for such a large corporate bank. They need to fix that!

Daniel Pozo was great. He helped my spouse and I made some changes to our account even though the front teller told us we needed an appointment.

I went to the chase at hypo and military and they refused to help me with anything that had to do with my account. I came to this chase in hopes of hearing something different and I did!! I was help right away by a teller, they helped explain somethings then I had to wait for a banker. I maybe waited 9 minutes to see Marlon Jurado and he helped me with absolutely everything and he gave the BEST customer service; 10000000x better than the other chase. Thank you so much for helping me on my birthday..!!! If I ever have any more problems I’m going to him for help💪🏻

I have been a Chase client for 40 years in CT with great customer service and client care. Here is Boynton Beach, FL there is very poor customer service and WORSE Covid protection for customers and staff

Vicki unfortunately does not comprehend when she is talking to a client as though they are incompetent , worthless, and fraudulent. I opened a Chase account three days ago, and as I deposited money I left my card in the ATM three nights later. I come in the next day to receive a brand new debit card, and am immediately greeted by Vicki, who immediately is repeatedly voicing the idea that I may be able to be issued a brand new card if my identity matches , and is consistently articulating that point. I doubt you are who you say you are is the impression she immediately left. Next, she tells me that the person who started my account posted the wrong state , and that although it is clearly me and the mistake is clearly not mine, she will not issue the cars today and that I must wait until tomorrow to receive a new card. As a brand new chase account holder, I am far less than satisfied with the customer service that was given , and I hope clients tend to be treated better in the future. I was treated as though I don't matter and as though she wanted me to leave the store immediately and not waste her time because she does not like to create new in house cards for clients.
