So we made an appointment at 1:30 and shows up 5 mins early. No one greeted us at all. Then after 15 mins, WE have to go and ask for our appointment. Then we got told that there’s only one banker that works. I understand you are short-staffed. If we made an appointment and you are short staff, the least thing you can do is let us know when we walk in. When we finally met the staff, we were told there’s no availability for the safe box. And the same staff told us last week that we need to make appointment for it and we made appointment just to let him tell us that there’s none available!? This is ridiculous. We made appointment for nothing and he try to deny that he told us to make appointment for the inquiry of safe box. I don’t understand how this going to happen to a big bank like this. I expected this kind of horrible service from a small bank. We literally take a day off for this and waited 15 mins past our appointment just for someone using 1 mins to tell us it’s not available. If you don’t have anything open, you should just tell us upfront that there’s none available instead telling us to make appointment. Would not recommend this branch to anyone I know. It’s a waste of our time.

It's a good 👍 bank 🏦. This weekend the branches that I have been to are not able to deposit funds to your accounts 🙃. Sure that it will be taken care of soon.

This is the worst branch their is! They closed the best branch to leave this PS open? Seriously? Manager is rude as hell, you make an appointment “apparently in the wrong branch” and no one has the decency to say “no worries we will see you” no! She was done for the day at 1:30, so could not see us… WHAT! Horrible! Never coming back to this place! Actually I might even cancel my account! This left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I had special banking issue and Chase Hanson took care of it perfectly. He was friendly and extremely helpful. Situation resolved. The manager Jennifer was also helpful in this situation. I'm from Clearwater and it was nice to have good customer service like I get at home at my local branch in Largo.

Great friendly staff and managment. During the reduced hours and banking access I recommend avoiding this location. 45 to 1 hour waits when they started late openings. Update 11.19.20 this location is the slowest branch for banker visits between Boynton Beach and Boca Raton FYI.

Even with an extremely annoying grumpy old man they stayed polite and did their job. They did nothing wrong all they asked was for an ID. We use this bank for business and go here weekly.

This bank is unreliable. I would never keep or open an account here again. Disrespectful people also the hours online are different from the actual bank. You will not know they’re closed until you reach the bank. Best to call first.
