When I saw the other reviews I was prompted to write this. The staff at this branch is absolutely wonderful in my opinion. They are professional, knowledgeable and extremely customer service oriented. I have been using this branch for over five years and, although they may err on the side of caution when there is an issue, they will try to assist you in every way possible to accomplish your goal. This has been my experience both on the banking side as well as the investment side and encompasses the tellers through the branch manager .

Great Bank and the management is awesome. Had an issue with my account and they spent alot of time and made sure everything was fixed and that we were taken care of in the end. I had never experienced a better level of customer support from a bank in my life. They really went above and beyond and for that I am very thankful.

We had been dealing with this bank since we moved in June 2018! Our situation was unique, as I am a disabled American with stage 4 cancer, brain & spine. We have been fighting with SSA for disabilty and due to mishaps and glitches on their side it took 15 months get it approved. As a result we used all our savings to pay for the treatments and trials that insurance did not cover. We literally have had to borrow money for rent, we got appoved for food assistance and were barely making it. With the approval of SSA we needed to put me back on our account. During the meeting my husband discovered his license expired in December so they would not allow him to put me back on the account. He said it will cost $103 dollars which we do not have until SSA deposits the monies owed, he had his birth certificate, SS Card, Lease, Marriage Certificate and I had proper ID. We were approached by the manager blonde woman with glasses terrible customer service who told us NOPE nothing we can do it and your SSA deposit will most likely bounce back to them because I am not on the account. Other customers were in shock at the way I was treated they did not want to help at all! One even followed us to the car and gave us her name. She said they treat a dog better then they trested you. Terrible branch and the manager is stuck up and rude. VERY poor representation of CHASE and the bank itself. Have called customer service and filed a complaint
