Staff is fast and efficient even when there is a long line. I've never had any problems pick up mine or my family's prescriptions. I am willing to make the drive here because they are also better priced then other pharmacies.

I wish more people who had positive experiences would share! Even after seeing the negative reviews, I transferred my prescriptions from Fred Meyer to Costco because of the significant price difference, not to mention having to wait in a long line inside or at the drive-thru. I have been back to Costco several times to pickup refills, and have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my prescription. The staff is efficient, and friendly.

Made a 4pm appointment for my daughters Covid Vacc. I was told they were “ wide open”. We went in at 3:45 n signed in. At 4:20 I went and asked about the wait n was told there are just soooo many people. At 4:35 people after us were being called back. At 4:40 the gal at the counter finally went and asked because she was probably wondering herself. She told me that it will be another 10-15 Bz they forgot to take it out of the fridge….. the anticipation for my daughter was awful but waiting almost an hour made it 100x worse. SMH, they shouldn’t be allowed to administer the vaccine. They clearly have no clue what they are doing which really scared me.

Dropped it off and went shopping. Went to pick it up. Waited for 15 mins. Then had to wait to talk to the pharmacist for my dogs flea meds. Waiting another 10 minutes. I'll spend a few more dollars and buy online next time. Super friendly staff, which is why the extra star was given.

Hard to beat the prices and convenience, but it often seems like they are too swamped to make efficient decisions that are the norm at other areas pharmacies. We often show up to find only one of three or four medicines submitted at the same time are actually filled when any other pharmacy would have processed all requests for the one patient at the same time so the entire order is ready to go (for example).

"I can't. I can't. I can't." Think that's the moto for this extremely inept pharmacy staff. They could at least make an attempt or pretend like they cared a tiny bit, rather than an immediate "NO, I can't".

Do not come here for your prescriptions unless you want to walk around the store for an hour, they don't care that you need medication. I have come here at least 5 times for a prescription that had been called in an hour before and they have no idea that I have one called in. I have even come the next day and they made me wait 45 minutes because they didn't see I had one called in the day before. Never use a pharmacy that makes you need to take even more anxiety medication to even go there. Cvs has my prescription ready in 10 minutes after I leave my psychologist.

This pharmacy gets such a low rating because of one person. Anita has no concept of empathy let alone customer service or professional service. Every time I go to fill a prescription of fearful of having to deal with her. It's unfortunate because literally every other person there is wonderful!
