I get different meds from the pharmacy and every time I get something new they always fill it within 30 minutes of when I get there, also the new staff always treats me nice and are always brightening up my day when I feel down. Keep up the good work !!!

It left me with a feeling of emptiness like it wasn't exactly a welcoming facilities employees were rather quite and it's shelves just seemed like overall, a quickly thrown together food mart with not very good p toofuctsv over in this section vs bomb products or most popular. It was strange. But still good enough to do for what you are more then likely needing at time.

I totally agree with the comments about the pharmacy going downhill since Riteaid took over. They not only don't answer the phone but they don't return messages that you leave. Extremely poor customer service from the pharmacy. The only bright spot in this store is one employee (Loretta) who knows what good customer service is. I was in retail management for 25 years and know from experience that this kind of failure comes from the top. Management needs to look at their problems and come up with a viable solution. That is a big part of their job (if not their only one!). Paying lip service to the customers who complain sounds good but when the same complaint comes in time after time it is obvious that they either don't Care or they haven't got a clue about how to fix it. I am looking for a new pharmacy. I am tired of being treated this way¹.

This place is ridiculous. I have been battling this pharmacy for years and I cannot get them to fill a prescription correctly. I understand that they are short handed and cannot get people to work for them but that in itself says a lot about a company. I have called corporate offices and they assured me that the issues will be resolved. Hasn't happened yet.

Pharmacy was once great and is now awful, can’t ever call to confirm RX is ready, they no longer answer the phone (and this is a multiple time issue, dozens of attempts over dozens of different times of day/ over dozens of different days) they just straight up don’t answer anymore, which means guess what? Have fun going and finding out they haven’t started your prescription yet and it will be at least 30 minutes. Always have to wait a minimum 30 minutes (often up to an hour) or more in-store for them to sort it out. It’s an absurd waste of time, especially if you have different refill dates for different things. I’ll be moving to a new pharmacy because of this, as I value my time and they clearly don’t. Total workplace culture failure here. Not sure why things are as they are, but it’s not that customers fault, yet here you will suffer. Lack of pay/ bad management/ both? Not my job to sort it out. Too bad too, place used to be great.

This was a good pharmacy before Rite Aid bought it out. Over the past few months it has gone from bad to worse to almost a parody of terrible. You can request refills on their website. I did this two weeks ago. It showed as pending and then disappeared. This happened three times. When I went into the pharmacy to request the prescriptions in person, they claimed it was a glitch of some kind. An inhaler my doctor prescribed for an upper respiratory issue has not been filled for 10 days. You can attempt to call them, they do not pick up the phone nor do they return messages. I have put time and effort into trying to resolve these issues. I have called their corporate offices several times and been told that the issue would be expedited. This has not happened. At this point I have to conclude that they do not care nor do they intend to do anything to rectify the situation.

Pharmacy has one speed: slow. Zero hussle, and inefficient. Workers need to work for the DMV, they'd fit right in. I had to wait in line for 9 minutes just to hand them my prescription. I watched a line of impatient customers get frustrated while workers "chatted" with each other and customers. All movements seemed slothful. This Pharmacy needs new management badly. 2 years ago this was a great pharmacy. I wont be returning. Rite Aid ruined Bartells. 😒 UPDATE: I never got the text message I was promised that my prescription was filled. I had dropped it off after coming directly from the hospital for an overnight stay due to critically high hypertension. I needed these meds to keep my BP down. They took over 24 hours to fill the order, my BP started getting way high again. I don't want to die because of these people! I will not only never go back, I am telling everyone. I don't want my friends to die becaise they need their meds.

Over the last 6 months I have not had 1 good experience here. At least 25+ visits, not one prescription being done on time. Literally! I received notifications via text saying it’s ready, to drive down and find out it’s not ready and will be another 30-45 minutes. I try calling ahead to be sure they start the refill, but only get through 25% of the time. I understand times are tough for finding employees, but telling us they will be ready when they will not is completely controllable. I have heard most of my neighbors left due to the same issues. Said the Safeway pharmacy is outstanding. Switching all my stuff over now and would suggest you do the same if you are experiencing the same issues.

If you're trying to reach the pharmacy by phone, abandon all hope. I've never been able to get through successfully, the phone rings until you get sent to voicemail. Prescription refills here are a nightmare. The app never shows anything my doctor faxes over, you show up and they tell you there's no prescription (or that it's not ready when every other pharmacy seems to fill it when the doctor sends it over unless otherwise instructed). You come back as is and still nothing is ready. Transferred to prescriptions don't transfer properly and you're left waiting. Recap: can't reach by phone, app is useless more than half the time, showing up in person you get told to come back later (to find out prescription isn't ready). This pharmacy is a joke, and not a funny one.

We used to love Bartell's. Great service, never any major issues. Since Rite Aid bought them we've had nothing but problems. Prescriptions are never ready even if you submit them a week in advance. Have had to have doctors submit prescriptions multiple times. They 'lose' prescriptions all the time. Gift cards don't work on checkout and the employees just stare at you with no solutions. Worst customers service I've come across. We just transferred our prescriptions to a new pharmacy.
