Not a review on the food or staff but I just got off the phone with them after they told me they don’t deliver to my address. They told me to try another place by the same owner. That place is further away from my house than they are and reviews weren’t as good so I called back and said “hey so I just checked and that place is actually further away” .. someone else got on the phone and asked my address again. They stated again that they couldn’t deliver here. My house isn’t even 2 miles from them. It’s literally a 5 Minute drive. Not bashing the place or anything. The pizza looks really good in the photos. Curious, is there some sort of reasoning that I’m missing? Im assuming they deliver to places well over 2 miles / 5 minutes.

I got Mac & cheese bites in the sauce came out way too hot that it melted the plastic and spilled all over my mac & cheese bites and approve it I will even share a photo

Love the factory. Mario knows how to take care of his guests. Served with excellence every time and if it's not they will always make it right for you. They don't nickel and dime you here. Been going here for 20 years. The rewards program is confusing and there not promoting it enough. No straight answers on how it works.

Large pizza 29 bucks that was half veggie half pepperoni. Took one bite and the greasy cheese took me back to that awful cafeteria school pizza. If I could get a refund I would.

The large is calzone is the largest you’ll get in the area, and it’s pretty friggen good! But… They just don’t know what buffalo sauce and it ruined my lunch. Places need to specify when they make their own. I actually decided to not order from a place that did so I didn’t accidentally get something like this 😭

I ordered fish and chips. The coating was dry, floury and flavorless. The fish was ok in the middle, but dry as cardboard around the edges. Chips were good. Hot fish and chips on wax paper directly on top of my salad in the container. Warm limp lettuce and cucumber slices are not appealing.
