ABSOLUTELY WORST DOMINO’S EVER. They gave the driver the receipts for my order but the driver did not show up with my order. The driver had a nasty attitude towards me. On top of waiting for so long for my order, they wanted me to wait an extra 20 minutes for the driver to go back to the store to get the food. Their excuse for their incompetence was that their short staffed. I work customer service too so that’s not an excuse.

Hopefully third time is the charm for delivery.. The food has been good. Arrived cold one time. Hour and 15 mins to get to me. The next time my pizza box top was smashed down onto the pizza.. delivery drivers are horrible..the store is Amazing... atleast they take care of me when there has been problems with my food. Thank you for always making it right

I love that they have a drive thru but sometimes I'm left sitting in my car for several minutes waiting for staff to come to me even though many of the delivery drivers see me and could easily notify the in store staff that they have someone waiting. Food is great though and when they do come to great me service is great as well. I do wish that the company would add a doorbell to the drive thru.

Ordered some wings and Parmesan bites really quick for the game last night or so u thought. The food took over an hour & a half to get to me. And when I did get it I had to cook the wings myself. No joke I literally put the half raw wings into the oven for another 25 minutes. Then they sent me an email saying sorry and tried to offer me 20% off. My guest couldn’t even eat while watching the game and by the time I was done finishing the cook everyone was heading home. Terrible experience.

One of the worst run Domino’s stores in existence. Almost every night they disable online ordering, and almost NEVER have delivery available. Management at this place needs to get it together. If I owned this store I would be furious…it’s impossible to place an order 90% of the time. Staffing issues likely, but figure it out. Losing so much money.

Do not order from this Domino’s Pizza in Brockton you order a pizza to go pick up and you have to wait in line to get the pick up and the line is not even moving I don’t make new dog on cents and the delivery is an hour when you live five minutes away down the street doesn’t make no sense so if I was you find somewhere else to go

I received the wrong pizza. The other wasn’t cooked enough. The brownies were less than a 1/4 inch thick overcooked or stale. I was so excited to try the lava cakes. Oh my what a waste of money. Again very small 3” wide 2” thick. This is my first and last time I order anything from Dominos. I want my money back. I called the store. They want the food back and they are delivering the right one in an hour. My husband was tired and is asleep. I WANT A REFUND

I ordered food last night, was told that it would take 55 minutes to 1 hour. I called after 2 hours, was told that the delivery was complete, because no one answered the door, which was a lie! The Domino’s staff was very RUDE, unapologetic, and told me that it was going to take 2 hours to make the delivery, or if I wanted the food sooner, to go and pick it up. I requested to speak to the manager, who came on and behaved just as RUDE as his staff!! They received 1 star because there was no option to give NO STAR! Last night was the last time I ordered from Dominos on SOUTH MAIN STREET!!!!!

This is the best Domino's around, we moved out of the area and we still come back and get carryout. We love that they have a drive-up window and the staff is super friendly. We love to order our Alfredo sauce chicken with tomatoes here. Yum.
