Service was good as always the coffee is mediocre at best not the Dunkin' donuts coffee is very good either I always forget that honeydew does not use any type of chocolate syrup or caramel syrup or anything like that so when you get a mocha coffee they literally just pour a cup of coffee and dump chocolate milk in it sounds great in theory but in actuality it's not very good their donuts are also mediocre breakfast sandwiches are good though I'll give them that but overall I'd prefer Dunkin' donuts ~michael

Supreme Coffee & Donuts
This might be my favorite coffee shop in the world. I work near the store, and every other Sunday I go to the drive-up window and order a coffee that is extra large, hot, with two or three equal parts almond milk. I think there is a young lady who works at the window who remembers my order every time I go there. I think she is an amazing employee! ~Annadad71

My kids and their dad walked into the Avon store and after about a 20 minute wait, we were told that we would not be receiving service. We ended up going to Brockton and asked if we could trade our phones in, he said sure come on it. Eddie was already waiting on a customer but had no problem helping us. The store was getting full and Eddie welcomed everyone and took us all in. He didn't miss a beat with any of us. He made sure we all got the service we deserved and wanted after being turned away from another store. There was a small kid in there along with my 2 and gave us some paper to draw on while waiting for our phones to transfer data. I can not say enough about his happy, fun, professional attitude. He apologized for the wait, but we didn't mind at all. He talked every customer in the store through their individual process. He was fabulous and honestly I don't think I could've handled the pressure of so many customers so close to closing time. We ended up staying a little late so we could transfer and trade and Eddie didn't mind at all. Eddie was amazing and I can say he put 2 grown men to shame with his ability and personality. Today was my second encounter with Lexi at CubeSmart Self storage on 20 Montello Street. The first one was awesome. Lexi answered all my questions and made suggestions to make contact with the service efficiently. Since I didn’t have any problem. Today, I stopped by to make a payment. She was about leaving on her lunch break. It didn’t stop her to invite me to attend me with her happy smile on her face. Thank you, Lexi. You are a plus and very out of the box. ~Nezi

The whole time I was being helped the customer service rep was on a personal call on her cellphone.. so I was never sure if she was talking to me or the person on the phone.. The lack of unprofessionalism was unbelievable!! Will never go there again. I am upset 0 for a rating was not an option. ~Licinia
Home Services at The Home Depot
I had a horrible experience in which my time was taken for granted as I waited three days for a door installation. I called repeatedly and each time was given the run around as Home Depot took no responsibility for the mishap. Why offer installation services which you can not depend on. I was conferenced in between the third party and Home Depot to listen as both parties took no responsibility and then rudely offered me $10 as a courtesy, mind you I had to miss 3 days of work which calculates to about 24 hours. The installation service I would rate as an F. ~Jamaal
