Today was my second encounter with Lexi at CubeSmart Self storage on 20 Montello Street. The first one was awesome. Lexi answered all my questions and made suggestions to make contact with the service efficiently. Since I didn’t have any problem. Today, I stopped by to make a payment. She was about leaving on her lunch break. It didn’t stop her to invite me to attend me with her happy smile on her face. Thank you, Lexi. You are a plus and very out of the box.

There is no parking available except for the 2 spots allotted to unload your vehicle if they are full there is no other place to park at that time. Other than that great place great place to put your stuff for temporary use.

I was looking around for a storage unit last year and wanted something affordable, accessible and that has just enough space for my stuff. The general manager, Alexis Falandys, was an amazing help finding me what ending up being the perfect fit. She walked me through everything and answered all questions I had throughly. I have had a unit here for over 6 months now and every time I go in Alexis is always there to greet me with a big smile and welcome me back!

The staff at Cubesmart Storage have made it am easy process for my family to store things while renovating our home. The facility is always clean and well lit. Budget friendly prices for various size rooms.

Pretty easy and fast. The young woman managing the place, Alexis, was efficient and kind. There was a minor hiccup, but she handled it right away. Only complaint was they used to have a truck you could use once when you rented. It's still there but it's dead and will be sold and apparently not replaced. Also, the elevator is freight only, so you have to load it, send it, then walk upstairs to your unit, but they do tell you that before you rent. Also, I'm told they are installing a new elevator that will carry passengers.

The place was not bad, but it wasn't great! The staff was kind and courteous. They would call with a reminder if a payment was due to help avoid late charges. But the place had rodents. I can see they put traps to help with that. But I found dropping on my items (I glad the items were covered). Also there were times I would come pay a bill during office hours and no one was there to assit, either because they were at lunch or They were helping some one else. I wish they had more than one person working there at a time.
