The movers packed our storage pod so badly there was so much space in the middle we couldn’t use and when I called to tell them they sent someone to check it which was fine and he agreed it needed to be repacked. They came earlier than they said and we weren’t here we rescheduled and again they came earlier than they said and he wasn’t going to fix what they badly did so my husband told them to leave. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! They don’t know how to pack for a company that supposedly does this for a living. And they don’t stand by their word! Poor, poor service!!!

Really glad I chose Ayer Moving & Storage for my second move in the past year. After renting for almost my entire life, I finally bought a house 1-1/2 hours away from my past location. What a relief to see one of the same movers from last year again this year—the first time I have ever seen continuity in moving. The guys were professional, ultra-efficient and delivered everything ahead of schedule without the slightest dent or scratch. This included hand-painted plates that are a family heirloom, handed back to me immediately by the supervising mover when we arrived. The new home is my forever home, but if someone in my family near Boston needs movers in the future, I will definitely refer them to this company for the outstanding work of its crew members! We had to move my parents into assisted living on short notice (less than a week). Karen was able to adjust the schedule to get us a crew. They were the most efficient and friendly moving crew I have ever had. The estimate was for 4 hours, buy they finished in 2.5. That saved us over $250. They were very respectful towards my 90++ year old parents and their furniture. This is a great company to work with. Service: Local moving

The office staff were pleasant to deal with and our three movers were outstanding. i’m Ten and Dan Peterson. We used your service on Thursday 12 August. We are so happy with this moving company. The price is underestimate which is make us so happy. Team that you sent to us today was AWSOME, super nice. I feel bad for them to work on the hottest day. We bought them a brunch of water and cooler also lunch. Those kids are great for doing this job.
