Had a 10 am appt at H&R block in Brockton on crescent st. Got there at 10 and the door was locked and no lights on. Never got any call or anything. So I drove down the Street to liberty tax. I was met by Maria who took me right away as a walk in. She is such a friendly easy going person. Very knowledgeable of her job and quick. We had a very enjoyable conversation while she did my taxes and I know ill be back again next year. Thank you so much Maria.

I went to the Brockton location. Marie was great at her job .Very good experience, she was able to get me a refund even though I thought I would owe. Truly a blessing. I would highly recommend coming here to get any tax needs done

Went to Abington and did my Tax's the state and federal were both done wrong. Have called main office a number of times and talked to a John he told me he would call me back and look into it but never did. I called again today asked for a manager was told would call me back I told them I want a refund since both taxes were done wrong will never use them again. The gentleman who did my taxes had to call the main office 3 times and ask questions he didn't know what he was doing told them that they need people that know what to do since they charge so much. Will see if I get my money back but I still will never go back to them again. Beware Just got a call back and was told they will mail me a refund for what I paid. Was told they have a satisfaction policy and sorry for the problem. Thanked him and told him I still will not use them again
