I liked "Lisa's Sweet tooth " a lot. I came first for bakery items like cupcakes and cookies. Well they were great. I found out they had other items like great soup. Hearty and thick for my winter day. The only sandwich I've had so far is Ham and cheese . It was great . I'm looking forward to others . I know they have wraps too. Lisa was great and really cared that I was happy every time I've been a customer. This is downtown Brockton's hidden gem and she seems busy with online orders too. Word of mouth is spreading about this cool wonderful place. I'll be back for sure many times. ~bruce

I've rented from this location a number of times and have always had a good experience. Their customer service team is always helpful with great attitudes. This location can get busy at times, but they do their best to move quickly through the customers who are waiting. The cars are clean and I've never had an availability problem when looking for a specific vehicle. I'd recommend this location if you are in need of a car rental. ~Ann-Marie

STAY CLEAR!!!! After several days and over 6 hours of hold time, I could never get anyone to answer the phone. I was directed here because of an insurance claim so I had no choice but to use Enterprise. I had to end up going to Norwood which was a bit inconvenient but my hands were tied. The Norwood location was AMAZING. Would deal them for all my future rentals. Again, STAY CLEAR of this location. If they can't answer the phone, I highly doubt they can give excellent customer service. I just wish I could give this a negative star rating. ~Jennifer

This review is for my massage therapist Nathalie who has been exceptional, compassionate, kind, and consistent in delivering a relaxing massage session. For the front staff, Bri and Nicole are awesome, always super helpful, nice, and kind. I like asking for help and scheduling appointments in-person versus on the phone. Management can do better with training new staff via over-the-phone experiences and service because there have been times I called and reached various new staff who were not as helpful and frazzled and ended up putting me on hold for another person to help anyways. ~Hao

Very unprofessional. My daughter took this necklace to have the “clasp” latch repaired. We know it’s not 14 K gold. She made it clear it was her Grandmothers (my Mother) who recently passed away. They said they could fix it. She paid. It took 2 weeks due to having to send it somewhere. No complaints. Once we picked up the necklace it broke within 24 hours. Called they told her they would repair it. After the 2nd time picking it up this is what we got. What was a 18 inch necklace is now 12 3/4 inches. 2 different colors. I called and spoke the the owner. He was very rude and kept saying it’s gold plated and that’s the best they could do. And from there said the reason it’s like that is because he knew how much it meant to my daughter so (repaired the 2nd time free). Never refunding the first time. We know it’s not 14 k gold. The necklace was 18 in when dropped off the 2nd time. The necklace was the same color and had been the past 5 years my mother had it. (Never once had it turned colors). Now it is not repairable. It’s the size of a choker and barely together. Never did they offer to do anything. Just keep saying it’s not 14k that’s the best we could do. IF THIS IS THE BEST .. we should have been notified before they melted the chain and had to remove 6 inches. We should have been told it would be 2 different colors. But no all they will say is take it higher up we are not scared. Nobody is wanting to do that. We want the 6 inches they destroyed. We want a necklace that is the same color. This is the most unprofessional, scam, rude, etc place I have ever dealt with. I spoke to him 2 times on the phone asking questions as to why they did this. How can they fix this. And all he says is basically it’s our fault that they didn’t do their job. It’s our fault we have a necklace that they put to much heat on and melted it. And this is confirmed by taking it to 2 local jewelry stores to see if anyone would help. This place is a JOKE. Who would pay to fix a necklace to have it retuned 3 different colors and 6 inches shorter. ~Tina
