So had a few issues with the car itself, but the guys here were super nice. Special shout out to Harley and also to the manager who was quite cooperative when I got back and I pointed out a couple of glitches with the vehicle itself. Good experience overall

Went to this location to rent a vehicle after mine was totaled. Opened a couple min before 8am.super friendly people, not a huge selection but more than a lot of other places. I was allowed to choose from 3 vehicles my insurance Co ok'd me to have. All were pretty new and very clean. Person helping me was really nice and very articulate. I'd definitely go back to this rental location. Parking is on the street which is the only negative but that's not a big deal.

The people who run this enterprise are terrible human beings. They obviously hate being in Brockton and treat the customers as if they are less than. I know Enterprises is a last resort for a lot of people, but if you can go somewhere else, I would recommend it.

Today I tried to assist a senior gentlemen who had a rental car and locked his keys in the car along with his pet. The gentleman was hearing impaired so I was making the calls for him. I noticed the car had onstar stickers. I called onstar and they confirmed the onstar was active but needed approval from enterprise to unlock the doors. I proceeded for the next 45 minutes to be bounced back and forth from roadside to customer service telling me the the other department was responsible. I was then told ONstar was not a service they offer when I had already confirmed onstar would unlock the door. Then I was told for a charge they would send a locksmith to open the door but it could be a couple hours. We had to call the fire department who came out. Disgusted with the way this matter was handled. DO BETTER ENTERPRISE. I will no longer rent from you.

I would like to thank Colin at Enterprise in Brockton for going out of his way by giving me his own snow brush because I left mine in the rental it had already been rented when I realized. We had a pretty big storm a few days later and I don't know how I would have got my car cleared if he did not give me his. This was way beyond kind.

I waited on hold for over an hour and a half, just for the Customer Service Rep, Chris, to answer the phone and act annoyed that I was calling. Enterprise has been charging me over $700 for a rental car, although this is covered in my insurance policy. I provided the reservation number, and Chris told me that my insurance company was lying to me and offered no other solutions and was incredibly rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor to try to come to another solution, at which point, Chris told me to have a good day and hung up on me. Even the rental car provided has a huge rip in the backseat. I will never return to this Enterprise location simply for the horrendous customer service.

It took a few days, however they located it at a service center and even drove over to the location to retrieve my glasses. Great honest people at this location. Thanks again !!!!

Spills up and down the driver door, something sticky in the radio panel. Customer service was horrible. Ariana the Manager was useless and wouldn’t answer her phone after telling me should would get back to with a change in cars in an hour. Thank god for the North Attleboro branch who’s customer service was impeccable. This Brockton branch didn’t believe that the car was dirty and wouldn’t give me an email to send the pictures I had. Will never use this company again. So much for COVID protocol.
