STAY CLEAR!!!! After several days and over 6 hours of hold time, I could never get anyone to answer the phone. I was directed here because of an insurance claim so I had no choice but to use Enterprise. I had to end up going to Norwood which was a bit inconvenient but my hands were tied. The Norwood location was AMAZING. Would deal them for all my future rentals. Again, STAY CLEAR of this location. If they can't answer the phone, I highly doubt they can give excellent customer service. I just wish I could give this a negative star rating.

My wife made a reservation on July 3 2021 for Columbus Day vacation. She called today 10/6 to confirm our pickup, they told her that the vehicle was not available and had no alternate options. What a joke, customer service in America no longer exists. The fact that Enterprise didn't notify and we had to call to find out is unreal. We won't go back here again.

Enterprise messed up my reservation. I called the main number to straighten it out and they fixed the problem. When I went to pick up the car the man at my local office lied to me and told me they didn’t have a car for me. When I was waiting for a ride I saw him put another client in a car. Enterprise has incompetent liars working for them and cannot be trusted.

I was in an accident where a man had a medical emergency and veered into my lane, and of course totaled the car I only had for 2 weeks. A rental was covered because they new who was at fault right away (he also hit the guy behind me). Fun times. Anyway, it was a stressful situation and Enterprise was amazing. I really appreciated how friendly, efficient and fast they were. I even got a pickup truck to use, which I loved. It makes a difference when your day implodes and someone comes through. They were also excellent returning the deposit fast.

Easy to get accustomed to driving it. * The vehicle was dropped off and picked up at the auto body shop. * It was very convenient! It saved time for me and I didn't have to bother anyone to drop me off or pick me up.

I have been renting from this location regularly for a few years and have never had a bad experience. Very rare miscommunications (on my part or theirs), but they have always worked with me to rectify any concerns. Everyone at this location has always been friendly and accommodating. I will continue to rent from Enterprise so long as I have need.

Alex went above and beyond to make sure that I was very well taken care of and happy with the car that they gave me. You don’t meet too many people in day to day life that go out of their way to help, and Alex went above and beyond. Will rent all cars from here in the future & refer all of my friends to this location. Wish there was more than five stars as an option. Thank you guys!

They were extremely accommodating and their customer service was above and beyond anything I could have asked for. The entire team helped me out at one point, but Jason went above and beyond to make sure Everything was handled for me. This team works very hard and their customer service skills are some of the best I have experienced. If you need a rental go to them and they will take care of you.

On January 3, 2017 the wonderful staff helped my daughter and I rent a car in short order to beat the snowstorm and get her to an important interview. In less than an hour we had a Jeep/ four wheel drive vehicle and were able to drive West ahead of bad weather. Phone reservation and staff at Brockton Office were outstanding.
