I decided to get my hair cut last minute and made an appointment on line. The next available appointment was a 30 min wait so I got ready and headed there. The staff at the Newington location were very friendly and greeted me as I walked through the door. I was so pleased with the way I got my hair cut. I give it a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating because my hair came out amazing and I've had so many compliments on it. I took about 6 inches off and was so happy I did. I will always make this my first choice of places to get a haircut. Plus a great price. Highly recommend this place.

Well, yesterday I went in for a trim. I asked for like an inch off with light layers, the lady was so so nice but my hair is BOTCHED! And I didn’t notice until this morning When I went to go straighten my hair, I saw how uneven it was. So upset, it’s so uneven, choppy, and ugh! Service: Haircut

I always book appointment on their app and it has never happened that I am taken in at the time of my appointment. I have to usually wait for 20-30 minutes after I arrive at the salon. What is the point of the appointment then???? The service too is very ordinary. Most stylist are not 'stylist' and all they can do is cut hair. Find other place if you have expectations.
