Clean, stocked and organized. The woman who checked me out was very nice and helpful. Pointed out sales I had missed. Gentleman bagging was helpful. Enjoyed my interaction. 4/19 am shift.

Love curbside pickup. Last two times I came here for curbside sucked they are slow and charge you for items that you never got for subs because they bill you before they tell you. So I have to take back my five stars and give them 1 star. Placed a curbside order on 4/3 it was a big one. Get home start putting up the groceries and realize my meat is missing. So I call the store and the guy says yes it's there and can comeback and get it. They could've called me and let me know it was a few hours later because we had dinner first. The store manager offered me a 10 dollar gift card really I spent 400 you forgot all my meat and you want to give me 10 dollar card. I live on the other side of New Britain gas prices are high like the prices in your store. So you can keep your card. If I could you would get 0 stars

I went into purchase some sale items on March 27th, my card was not scanned and the customer service desk refused to give me my money back. She ripped the receipt in half and kept the bottom half that shows what I should have saved if the card had been scanned. Went back the next day and the manager on duty , Antonio, would only give me gas points and no refund. Contacted customer service on march 28th, the store manager is supposed to contact me and refund my money based on the sale prices. I have not heard from anyone. Rude, disrespectful staff at this location. Once I get my money back, I will never go to this store again.

Store is clean and stocked with good selection variety. Employees are very friendly & easy to talk to. The service at their deli & bakery is phenomenal. Expensive but you can expect that at any stop & shop.

Why are the shelves empty? Every time I go into the store it's getting worse rather than better. Been going to this S&S for years. Went to S&s in Forestville & they are stocked! ??????
