Lynn from the floral Dept Made my day !!!!!! It’s my best friend birthday and I picked out sunflowers and roses. I asked her to put them together for me and she took her time and picked one by one the pedals that were dead and removed them. She helped me pick a vase and took her time and put it together so beautifully!!! She did it with such passion! You can tell she loves what she does. The next time I need a bouquet i’m definitely coming to her!!!! She made it look like double what I payed for . SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!!!

I am a person of color and when I shop for groceries I like to look into ingredients of the contents that I buy so I take my time when I’m shopping coming to the store about five time I don’t buy no more than five items but every single time a machine full with cameras follow me through all the isles that I walk at At first I thought it was normal but then I noticed the machine will be parked at the entrance and the moment that I walk in he begins to follow I will no longer shop over here because of this doesn’t feel good to be targeted the moment you walk in to buy groceries

This place always seems sketchy. The floors are usually dirty and the people that shop there are usually not very nice

Staffing are cordial and friendly...nice and clean aisle stock to the "T"... Sales all the time... Is my Market of my preference. Cashiers are polite and helpful. Stop&Shop is the place to be.

Lynn in the floral department was super sweet, kind, and went out of her way for me and I didn't even ask her to. If I owned my own business, I'd try and hire her. That was probably some of the best customer service I've ever received.

Usually a good experience at this store especially from the twin sisters that work there but one sales associate Destiny aka Des wasn't so nice. Full of attitude and acted as if I was bothering her for asking for directions 🙄

I went to purchase an item it was on sale and was not in stock all week because it was sold out. Then I spoke to the manager Miss Vanda Bradley very nice and helpful woman. She was very busy and still took the time to help me. I could not thank her enough will only shop at that store from now on. Wish I can give her and her store 10 Stars ... Thanks again.!!!!!!!!!

This Trumbull stop and shop has gone downhill I actually am epileptic and have a service dog and a staff member was very rude to me very loud and aggressive shaking his hand at me saying my dog and me are not allowed to be in the store and I was to say not only shaking his hand but he shook his hand in my face afterwards I try to explain to him this is a service dog and I have an ID for her he started laughing and still shaking his hand saying that is not a service dog it's a horrible horrible experience I had afterwards I had called the manager and he asked me if I would like for him to speak to the staff member? Very unprofessional place
