I’m very disappointed with Standard furniture in Gardendale. We placed an order early May 2020 and were told our order would arrive in 2 weeks. It is now late August and we have yet to receive our order. We have called multiple times and the staff is very unclear on what the delay is. The lack of transparency is unprofessional and the fact that I have to constantly reach out to them to question the delay is absurd. We will be getting a refund because the way this was handled is truly unacceptable. I understand the Covid pandemic is going on but at least be clear and vocal about our order and it’s whereabouts.

We went to Gardendale location to just look because we are in the process of buying a house and wasn't going to be closing or moving till a later date and Becky Collins was so helpful to come up with a plan for us to go ahead and start the process of to purchase our furniture. All of the employees were so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back if we need something
