Horrible horrible horrible experience here. My girlfriend was sold a bad part from this place and when we caught them they said they’d order the correct part it would be in 3-5 business days. That’s been 2 weeks ago and now the “regional manager” is dodging our phone calls. They’re liars and cheats. Do not give them your business.

Horrible experience at this store. The employees are very capable; I have nothing but praise for them. The owner has terrible management skills and treats his staff like garbage. He is unequipped to lead his employees. DO NOT give this store your business. The way he treats his employees is SHAMEFUL and EMBARRASSING.

Employees are very professional but the owner sadly isn’t. He has a tendency to harass his employees and belittle them for his own personal amusement. Amazed that the place is still even running and I would give it zero stars if that were an option.

Great Price, 1 Hour turn around on Screen/LCD Replacement. And Most Impressive was Personable, Friendly & Great Customer Interaction. Prob 2nd or 3rd Experience with this Company......and will not go anywhere else!!

Quick service in a reasonable price. First visit they retrieved a piece of broken end of the charging cord from the port. The technician told me I might have to get the port fixed if the iPad continued to have a problem charging. I carried iPad back in since charging port was not making a good connection with the cord. My iPad was fixed by the next morning. Friendly, fast service at a cost less than I had expected. I will be a return customer!

I sold an old phone that had not been used in multiple years and got what I thought was a very fair price for. I also asked them to take a look at an old iPod Touch that had not worked in multiple years and they were able to get it up and running when I could not. I give them an A+ in customer satisfaction.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF!!!! I would rate them a 100!!! RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. Phone was dropped in water. AT & T stated it could not be fixed The phone had pictures that were important to me. I took my phone to them and requested they try to fix it. They worked until the phone became functional and I am using it currently. If I ever have a phone in the future that has an issue I will definitely take it to them to repair. .
