The workers are unfriendly and rude. I also bought a wine glass and they just put in it (no extra wrapping around it)the same bag as 2 2 liter bottles and a home decorating sign...how careless.

The people that work there are nice. I would enjoy the store a lot more if they actually carried products. Everytime I visit, it looks like a tumble weed is blowing through the shelves. I don't blame the employees for this. Corporate needs to actually let more than 2 people work the store!

I shop at this particular Dollar General quite often. The employees are extremely friendly! The only problem I have is their shelves are never stocked. Thats mainly because everything is sitting in big crates all over the store. The shelves however.....nothing but tumble weeds!

When you have ONE cash register open on a Sunday after church and an employee walking around aimlessly, who is capable of opening another register, #1 POOR management and #2 loss of business, when people leave your story and go somewhere else, never to return. 45 minutes to wait in line to buy a bag of shredded cheese is ridiculous. Get people hired, get your management in control. This is a new store. It's already losing business because of management failure. Have people on call in times of peak demand. Saturday was the same way. Will not go back! I can get in and out of Piggly Wiggly faster, even though it is a further distance. Ya'll need some leadership in this store. Good luck!

Very clean and discreet easy to get around in the store. The employees was very nice The Young lady that checked me out was just so sweet miss Tera is a jem of her own. Will be going back when I out that way. I wish our stores was that nice and clean and easy to get around in where I live.

The new store is wonderful. Much cleaner and better organized. The checkout line always moves fast. Rarely less than 2 cashiers up front. The staff seem a lot happier than they were in the old store.

Was so excited this store was in the works, so very disappointed now that it has had time to settle in. Filthy unorganized with the stock blocking every isle, regardless of the day. All the fresh produce is beyond freshness and I would love to know the prices of it. I can see there once was price tags but they have all been ripped down, leaving the dirty remains. Very Sad that it has turned out this way. I will be going to Hanceville they are a real grocery with fresh priced and clean produce.

What can I say,if they don't have it,you don't really need it. Nice variety of the basics makes it a great place to get in and out quickly. Love their store brand cookies. The chocolate covered ones where all the profit goes for literacy programs have a great flavor and snap. And I am picky about cookies. Also the best cat litter is their store brand. For real. Bread, milk, school supplies, cleaning supplies, check it out.

I know there are many Dollar Generals in my general area, but I decided to give this one a visit. Oh gracious, this store has got to be one of the worst. Extremely messy, and not to mention their customer service is awful. It took asking 4 times for help getting an item down from the top shelf. This particular item was listed as a sale item and there were none on the shelves below. I will stick to my stores closer to home.

It's the closest to my home, so I frequent it the most, multiple times a week. Unfortunately, the store is a total disaster and it's like this every day, all hours of the day, never changing. It is never clean nor is it organized. The tall carts, that new stock is put on, to then bring out to the floor to restock shelves, might sit on the floor for days at a time, never being moved or unloaded. Not only is it not aesthetically pleasing, but it has caused trips & falls, bumping into it & then into other items, which is most definitely not pleasurable. These carts also make it impossible to maneuver a buggy and then lastly, it blocks items on the shelves that are trying to be shopped. I don't feel like as a customer, its my place to physically be moving these large carts, just to be able to look for the items that I am shopping for. Not to mention, more times than not, I am physically not able to move these carts, from them being so full and heavy, which is not only annoying, but sales are obviously not being made. But what if a customer was to get hurt from trying to move one of these out of the way, just to get to the shelf that its blocking? In my opinion, these carts are truly a hazard and definitely a pain. There's also stock all in the floor. I'm guessing this stock has finally been removed from carts, but instead of placing said items in the proper place, they are just placed/thrown on the floor, at least two and three deep from the shelf out into the floor, sometimes more. (Pillows, massive bags of dog food, bottles of oil, boxes of makeup, small and big items alike) If the shelves become full, while restocking, then the extra stock should be placed in the back, for back stock. Again with this being an every day occurrence, it makes it impossible to shop and/or maneuver a buggy and if for nothing else, everyone's safety, shoppers and staff included, this should be a top priority. All this stock in the floor and on the heavy rolling carts, are only going to continue to cause more trips and falls, more blocking of merchandise, less sales and just disarray. Items that have made it to the shelves, are falling off the shelves and the shelves are just completely disorganized. I do think some of these issues is lack of staff, but also a lot of these problems are due to just pure laziness. I have had multiple people tell me that even though this store is closer to them, just like me, they will purposely go out of their way to shop another DG location or an entirely different store altogether, due to the issues I have listed above, because they refuse to shop in a store that is kept this way.
