Didn’t have a good experience with this location due to being profiled and accused of shoplifting an item that the store didn’t even carry. The worker must not be doing their job appropriately to be accusing and embarrassing innocent people. Managers need to make sure they have better workers that don’t make serious mistakes like this. Police were called out and to me they have better things to be doing then to be called out for a false accusation.

It is much nicer since they somewhat remodeled is several months ago. Probably the only complaint I would have is, there are not enough workers, to do everything that needs to be done such as checking out people, helping locate something and stalking. But overall my experience was pleasant.

I love all Dollar Generals so its hard to single one out. I like the fact that there's always one in almost any direction I turn but mainly because they've got a little bit of anything and everything which is obviously good to know that you never have to drive far to find one!!

Store was clean! There was'nt stock setting all over the place! I was able to walk down any aisle without dodging, moving, or tripping over stock in floors or on buggies. THAT IS VERY SELDOM SEEN AT A D.G. IN JEFFERSON COUNTY ALABAMA!!! Store manager needs to be recognised for this!

I usually bypass this particular store for several reasons. Employees, extremely rude. Also, hardly ever have what is needed. Therefore, I drive the extra 2 miles and go to the one on Phillips Dr. Which is always stocked, extremely friendly employees. This am I decided to make a quick run inside of this store just to see if anything has changed, only confirmed what I knew before I walked in, terrible.

This location of Dollar General is very convenient to where I live! I love the fact that I can pretty much find most anything I need there without going 4 more miles into town. They carry name brand items of food, paper products, cleaning essentials, toiletries and more! You certainly can't beat the prices either! I highly recommend it!

This store needs more staff. It is popular and usually well-stocked, but there are always boxes in aisles. That is certainly not the staff's fault as they all work very hard.

We’ve got a lot of Dollar Generals in Gardendale, but this is my favorite location. It’s convenient, well-stocked, clean, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. The prices are good and they usually have what I’m looking for. Sometimes, you can find some really interesting stock along with daily essentials.
