The worst place to go to save your time and energy going to this store If i could give this store a -100 star i would the girls are the worst sales women ever they lost my phone number for three weeks i walked out with out no services no phone no nothing this was in november and we are in February amd i still cant get any help i can make any calls or receive any messages i cant do anything my phone number is conneted to my whole life and i have my life basally on hold Because of this and worst part of this i tell them i want to get ahold of the managers or owners and they wont let me talk to anyone or give me any information and they even prepend to be the mangers im so fed up and tired of them having me in circles that now i have to get a laywer to see if they can get me my number back in full worst worst place to go to i dont recommend anyone going there and all because they have the worst people working there the worst 😤😤😤😤😡😡😡

Drove all the way to town and they did not have the sim cards, so now I get to listen to the annoying man every time I make a call !! And for how long ?

The set things straight. They have bonita bi-lingual customer service that gets it's done quick. Even when mistakes are made they compinsate with making sure you get it fixed and maximize the savings 101%

Bought a Samsung offline from boost website. When I received the phone I had to invest another 40 dollars on a different sim and a activation fee. On top of the 250.00 I spent for the phone. And I've been with them over a year. Just seemed like they were trying to squeeze every last penny out of a loyal customer.

Great help! Prices are fair and my activation and SIM card was only 31.50! That’s a good price compared to other boost stores!

I would give zero stars if I could. Went to them not even a week ago to port two lines to boost mobile one phone four data later stops working. So I went to return it and was told there is a $35 charge to do the return and and since didn't want to chance getting the same model again and have the same issues..i was told inwould have. To pay the $35 restock fee plus full retail price for a different phone if I didn't want to take another of the same model.. I was also told that they always have problems with the brand pgone I got but no one bothered to tell me that when I was there on Tuesday.

i love coming to this boost mobile, i drive all the way from warsaw. Other stores charge too much and are not very helpful. Employees always very nice and helpful. I always get very good discounts.
