Parking was awesome on this visit. No traffic or congestion. It's clean and nicely organized. Best of all, a few (at least 4) of the staff go out of their way to help you.

I ordered to tires for installation to be shipped to the store. They claim their hours are 7AM to 7PM. But when you get their, nobody is working and they tell you they can’t retain employees 🤷🏻♀️I went in early on a Saturday a few weekends ago. Requested to speak with the Store Manager and got told, the Store Manager isn’t in and they don’t know his schedule 😳 So I called the Corporate office. They “claimed” they would have someone call me. And no call. I went a 6th time finally workers but my bad, I left the lug nut remover for my car. Told the young man I would be back that Monday with the piece to please take note. Well Monday comes and I get an alert they returned “1” of the “2” tires that I paid for????? So essentially they stole my product that I paid for!!! Yes, they returned the money but that was not the intent!! So since I need 2 tires, I had to cancel the other tire!!! I called the corporate office and was spoke to very rudely and got no resolution. The COVID excuse is over. A corporation such as yours should have policies and training in place. And maybe if the CEO and beef on the top cut their salaries and pass it down to the employees struggling paycheck to paycheck can make it to work. Shame on you Walmart your customer service is worthless!

It seems like they are stocking less and less of what I need. I know the stuff is available because I have to go to Publix to get it. Maybe it's in the back and just needs to be put on the shelf. Maybe have some of the guys or gals that are posted up on their phones or hanging out in the parking lot start stocking shelves. I know the work force is changing and it's hard to find people that want to work but this place is overflowing with employees. It's plain and simple bad management. Somebody needs to step up and put those kids to work. Rant over.

This is one of the worst Walmart stores I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a ton of them all over the US. The store is dirty and unorganized, their stock is laughable, and the employees don’t have a care in the world. You could drop dead in the middle of the aisle and they’d step over you like spilled milk. It’s sad because it didn’t use to be this way.

I've never had any problems with employees, the ones I've interacted with have been nice. But the place is never stocked. Like ever. Other walmarts within 30 minutes here are just jammed packed but this one has every shelf half empty.

I had grocery pick up. I needed some heavy bags of dogwood, catfood and birdseed. Wasn't sure I could pick up the multiple times it would take to get them home. Pick up was the answer! They shopped for and loaded! No back breaking for me! They didn't have all the items I ordered. But the heavy items they loaded made it all worthwhile!

This store is absolutely pathetic. If you arrive when it opens, you might be able to purchase 50% of the items you are attempting to buy. Stock runs out daily. Store is horrifically nasty around the meat dept and flies are always around the produce area. And then the register and employee problem. Only one register open, the rest are self-checkouts that rarely operate properly. When they malfunction during operation, the employees who try to keep them operating couldn't find their way out of a wet paper sack. They certainly need technical training and a better attitude wouldn't hurt....

I love shopping at the Gardendale Walmart, that's my store. Today I had problems with pricing the items on the shelves. There were no prices to be found for most of my items. I had to keep pulling out my phones, go to the store app to price it. Also, wishing we had more cashiers to cut down on the very long lines. Other than that my visit would have been sweet and quick.

A large percentage of the items at this store do not have a marked selling price and those that do are displayed in very small print AND in abbreviations that can be difficult to understand. Add to that , many items are out of stock and the store is a wreck. Hardly a pleasant shopping experience

Walmart should start doing the 24 hour stores because it is just way way too busy most of the hours they are open. I am a combat veteran with chronic PTSD and all the people just shopping getting really close up behind me (in checkout line) makes me feel threatened and uneasy. Even at night they aren't as busy but it is still busy enough to keep me and other veterans like me from even doing any kind of business at Walmart.
