Customer service is non-existent at this store. No customers in the store when I entered. Several employees near the fry bin noticed I was waiting to place an order, not one of them acknowledged my presence. I waited for several minutes nobody said a word but continued to laugh and giggle about something in drive thru. If anyone had merely said, " Someone will take your order in a sec", I would have been fine. You want MY business? I wont be back ever!!! BK here I come!!

Terrible, unprofessional, and all together disgusting. I had to repeat my order multiple times and they still got it wrong. Waited at the window to let them know about the mistake, after letting them know they still gave me an incorrect order. So I had to go in and get my order fixed.. they were all just standing around giving nasty looks to me until finally they corrected it. Food service is a stressful job, but there is no reason for them to act the way they did. They need real training in food and service..

This McDonald's is horrible. I spent most of the time at the intercom waiting for a greeting so that I could order. Then when another customer approaches the second intercom they are able to order perfectly fine. Therefore I moved to the same intercom and had no luck! Same silence! When I went to the window I ordered and it was still incorrect! I told my kids they can never ask me to stop at this location because it's always something!

Please get competent employees to work the drive thru. Apparently ordering 4 items is just too much for the people today to comprehend. Horrible experience here. Definitely won’t be back!

This happened at 8pm. Will not be going back. Sandwich is almost completely unwrapped. And the cashier put my drink the bag and it spilled all over our food. Worst drive thru ever

The second time I went and the chicken nuggets where under cooked. Don't they have machines that tell them when to pull them out. My nuggets where one shade darker than my fries. Smh

I have been going to them for about 5 years. I've had a handful of incidents. But today, I bought a Dr. Pepper; it tastes like a diet soda. My concern was that they may have mixed up the spickets (which could be bad for diabetes).I called several times and they refused to pick up the phone. I understand that they may be busy but that is even more reason why I am so concerned.

My son wanted lunch from McDonald's after he got done with being put to sleep to have a mri. So he was in a bad mood went in to order BTW he has autism he's mad this day. No one could take our order for some reason the manager was sitting in the lobby playing on her phone I had to use the computer thing he's screaming because it's something new no playground the workers kept staring at us and judging instead of trying to help. But the next people to come in they took their order.

I went to get breakfast for the family on Saturday. They got my order wrong in the drive thru. I went inside to get it fixed. They did fox it for me, but the food was horrible. Sweet tea tasted bad so I looked in the cup, and it was nothing but sweetened water. Hash browns were completely saturated in grease to the point that I couldn't remove them from the wrappers.
