Food is great but staff not so friendly.

Most of the staff is impolite. The food is going to be wrong if it's a special order at least half the time. I've literally been lied to and been told a special wasn't available even though there were signs everywhere promoting it. It's bad as a customer and as a Door Dasher. There's probably a good reason an employee drove their van straight through the front of the building.

I love Jack's. They have the best breakfast biscuits even for my four grandchildren. Extremely clean and awesome employees

Most of my food was cold and I only live 2 mins down the road so it’s no reason any of it should have been cold by the time I got home.

They try to help and get the food out fast as they can. The store however needs to be cleaned on a daily basis

We ordered 5 meals. They put 4 of them on the order. Two were wrong once they got in the bag. They didn't repeat our order back to us at any point to make sure it was right. They just took our money and handed us a bag and some drinks.

Sausage egg cheese biscuit was socked with grease. Tasted old. My opinion it had been sitting on the warmer for a long time.

Best fast food/country breakfast. Best hamburgers & chicken sandwichs & fries. There food has seasonings which gives good taste. Unlike all other fast-food restaurants (except Chick-fil-A) with no taste/ bland food.

No napkins no ketchup no paper towels place is going down hill This is usually the good Jack's to go. Better than 79 Update stopped in again today i was ignored at the while trying to order manager gray shirt and cashier having their own discussion. Didn't get better burger cold fries not seasoned. Great job owner I wont be back to this jack jack Jack's

I ate here at about 11 am. Before the lunch rush so there was no wait. The food was well prepared neat and came out fast and was hot. Restaurant was clean. Staff was neat and nice. I like the variety show n the menu too.
