I don’t like to give bad reviews but I am honest when I say that this Burger King location has the worst fast food experience and maybe shouldn’t even be called fast food (or accurate food). I give every business multiple opportunities before I rate them unless they were excellent. I dead going there but I’ve been back many times out of convenience or if my kids want to have it. It’s always fun to see what we each get instead of what we ordered - not occasionally but every time I have been to this location the order is wrong (way wrong - like chicken sandwich instead of a burger). There are only one or two working in there when I have been except recently I think I saw three. All of the neighboring fast food restaurants have returned from the Covid days when everyone was short staffed except this place. It must be a very difficult work environment for the kids that are in there because they are constantly apologizing to someone about their order or the wait time or how the are out of stock in several regular menu items. I don’t know how they have managed to stay open with the consistency of the poor experiences. I gave two stars because I do like the food they serve. Sorry Pinson Burger King - management too to bottom, you gotta do better.

Extremely slow line, onion rings burnt, forgot the mozerella sticks. Why inside and had to wait another 15 min for the mozerella sticks. Lobby full of people waiting for food. Staff was not communicating with each other, no one seemed to know what had been ordered, filled, sent out or was waiting. Cooking area was a disorganized mess, lobby floor so sticky everyone's shoes were stickiy on it. Needs to close to deep clean organize and maybe actually train the staff. Too many other options to go back to that nightmare of customer service, quality, and uncleanliness.

This is literally the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The orders are always wrong. Workers are always rude. It takes forever to get your food. AND when you do get your food it’s wrong.

The original chicken crispy sandwich they sell. They gave us a Jr double whopper instead of a double whopper. They give you what they think is right

Me and my group (4 Total) ordered inside, the kitchen was in disarray and the employees didn't seem to have a handle on what was going on. there was obvious priority over the drive-thru to the point where our incredibly small order was forgotten and we ended up waiting 15 minutes before saying something. even then we got a half-finished order and we basically had to reorder EVERYTHING. not to mention the fly problem. flies continued to land on the food which caused a great annoyance for me and my partner. overall not a very great time at burger king.

Me and some friends went in for a quick bite. We made a small order and were left waiting for 15 minutes. During this time, multiple people passed up waiting at the counter. One man was taking a phone call and another was walking around the kitchen with his shoes in his hand. When I asked for help, I was ignored. Don’t waste your time here.

worst service ive had at a burger king location and i had a very small order. do not recommend. waste of 40 minutes and waste of money.

We ordered a 16 ounce frozen drink and they gave us a 8 ounce drink and it took way too long for 3 CHEESEBURGERS. They messed up our orders as well. They are VERY slow and there was us and 2 other people and we waited about 15-20 minutes for our food.

You’d think being 1 of 3 open drive-thru restaurants in the area they’d have some sort of speed but it seems like wait times take longer every time I come here. Not sure if the headsets are working, I came here a few days ago and there was a sign saying they were broken and you’d need to come inside to order. Today sat at the speaker for 5-10 minutes with no one answering so we drove up and ordered at the window. Ordered an icee only to be told the machine is in “defrost” and they also have no ice cream/milkshakes available - not hard to print out a sign for either.

This Burger King was quick and precise when it first opened. But now it moves at a snails pace. I had a Mobile order and I sat in line for 20 minutes only to be asked to come inside. There I stood an additional 10 minutes. This place is a joke and they need to do better The Pinson Burger King should close their doors. Its the slowest store I've ever seen. It takes you hours to get your food and the service is horrible. The manager should be fired as their ratings have dropped. I'll never order from this pos store again.
