Worst restaurant in Auburn Alabama. The food is awesome I love it. They stay open late, cool. Why didn’t I get my food last night when I ordered delivery? Why hasn’t anyone contacted me about refunding my order or apologizing for the incident? Why have I been calling all morning and no one will answer the phone ? Why am I calling different locations to try and contact my local store? Absolutely ridiculous. Needs new management, new team, and new principles on customer service. They need to shut it down or fix something real quick because this will not go on forever.

Worst service ever. Placed an order and waited over an hour for delivery…. Called them and they didnt answer. Had to talk on the phone w doordash for over 20 minutes as i couldn’t get a refund bc they said they were preparing the order. After an hour and a half, i drove to the restaurant and no one was even there. Doors locked, lights off, no employees. They accepted my order and then WENT HOME, knowing i couldn’t get a refund bc they marked it as “preparing.” Absolutely ridiculous

There was one person working there today named Tracy, and she was so patient and sweet! She was also very relatable and understanding. I got the chicken bacon and ranch calzone with fries, and it was amazing! The wait wasn't too bad either. I highly suggest going there for lunch or dinner, especially if you're hanging out with friends!

Pros: food is pretty good, and they are open super late Cons: deliverys take for ever, I have ordered a few times from them and always take around 2 hours to get my food (from what I can tell they don't employee enough drivers to meet demand) for. Also don't order through the website, I did once and my food was just never delivered, and no phone call explaining about it either. They are super bad about actually answering the phone, I've probably tried to call around 20 times or so and someone has only ever picked up 2 or 3 times.

First time I came here I loved it. Best Philly Steak and Garden Calzone. Friendly and helpful lady at the counter. It’s made in front of you and comes piping hot. I came a second time 2 weeks later hoping for the same experience…. Alas, they opened 10mins late…. No apologies, though server was polite. Food was still good but the experience was slightly soured by the customer service. (Thus 3 stars)
