Best pizza restaurant in Auburn, Alabama (AL) 2024

We ordered from papajohns today and we are so upset with the product! The food was late and extremely COLD everything was incredibly disgusting! Our pizza had hair backed into it as well as our cheese bread! Two different color hairs. It was white and then a black curly hair! We are papajohn lovers! And the only pizza place we order from! But this has discouraged us from ever ordering from here again! We did get a refund after the manager who almost was accusing me of lying so I offered to send photos and she said no that's fine. She stated I can give a refund, but that about all I could do. She never apologized not once! She didn't care at all. I honestly don't see how she is a manager at all! Worse thing is that I didn't notice the pizza had hair until after I had eaten it all almost 🤢 I have kids and could only imagine how many hairs they might have ate before I took it away! Horrible manager horrible delivery driver.. papajohns need to really look into who is running this location!! ~Danielle

First time I came here I loved it. Best Philly Steak and Garden Calzone. Friendly and helpful lady at the counter. It’s made in front of you and comes piping hot. I came a second time 2 weeks later hoping for the same experience…. Alas, they opened 10mins late…. No apologies, though server was polite. Food was still good but the experience was slightly soured by the customer service. (Thus 3 stars) ~Greg

Typically packed and so it can take a while but worth it, the pizza is great with some of the best crust in town! We tried the spinach artichoke dip this time which was tasty and a unique cheese blend. Food : 5/5 | Service : 3/5 | Atmosphere : 4/5 … More ~D
