My boyfriend and I just had to go in to get a Cashier’s check, and the young woman who was helping us was very sweet, but she accidentally got the amount wrong. I let her know and she was very apologetic and fixed it immediately, but unfortunately during the process, another PNC employee, HEATHER, came and stood over her shoulder and very RUDELY criticized her every move. Clicking her tongue, rolling her eyes, and dramatically apologized to us for it “taking so long” (it only took a couple minutes and we were completely fine with waiting). The poor young woman who was helping us originally was able to somehow keep a smile on her face throughout Heather’s intense and absurd behavior… I really admire her, because if anyone ever spoke to me the way HEATHER spoke to her, I would have dropped everything and left the room.
A word for Heather… my boyfriend and I left saying we were embarrassed for you. You apologized for the process taking too long, but you should’ve apologized for your childish behavior. You need a lesson in how to treat people. ESPECIALLY people on your own team. Absolutely disgusting. ~chloe
