This bank is rum by a lazy lady I had 500.00 in quarters 180 in half dollars 4 in pennies and 18.00 in nickles all rolled. She refused them said the first roll she opened was short a quarter. I took them to pell city regions and come to find out the roll was not short 1 cent they took evey penny I took in . I will be contacting the BBB

The bankers at this branch do not understand time management nor customer service. If youre unfortunate enough to bank with regions, try not to use this location.

Have been using this bank for around 10 years with my family. Never have problems and most the stuff knows me by name even though I don't go into the lobby that much. Rrally a great place to bank.
