I shop TJ Maxx in Bessemer weekly and it is the most well organized store with great merchandise around. The staff from manager Ms. Willis to cashiers cannot be beat. She was so helpful while I was looking for a certain item I had seen in the store day before. How many managers would go to that length to help customers? So glad we have them in our area❤️ Would not want to shop any other place, keep doing what you do.

TJ Maxx is my spot! I visit this location at least twice a week and can always find new things. Someone is always cleaning up and ensuring that the store looks neat. When lines get long, others are quick to pitch in.

I love the prices and the items they have on sale. I'm just really glad there's not a T.J. Maxx really close to me. I only stop in every now & then when I go to the dentist. Lol.

The TJ Maxx in McCalla is fantastic! The cashier Asia was super sweet and had a warm disposition. I thouroughly enjoyed my time there.

Stopped in tonight while trying to wait on a storm to pass outside. This store impressed me on many levels. 1. It was less than an hour till closing and not once did I feel rushed to finish my shopping. 2. Every employee I encountered was cordial and and attentive never giving off the feeling they were just ready to go home because it was almost quitting time. The thing that really blew me away though was how clean and organized the entire store was. Especially the cosmetic/bath and body section. Everything was neatly stocked so you could shop without digging through piles of this and that. Even the clearance in that section was organized and tidy. No spills. No mystery substance on every thing you picked up. I normally go to the TJ Maxx about 10 mins from my house but from now on I'll travel the extra 20 mins and come here instead. I made a point of stopping a lady working in the cosmetics and told her how impressed I was and if that they should use this store as an example to others on what the standard should be. 💯👍🙌👌🏆⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
