I always bring my packages here and taken care of efficiently by Pinky and her staff! Pinky is so lovely to talk to that sometime if I am near a different UPS store, I will travel to this location just so I can say hi! I feel welcomed and I am always in and out quickly! Tried to ship a flashlight and was told he could not ship the item because it’s part of a gun. This was not an item that required FFL licensing. This was simply a flashlight. If your in the business of shipping it’s important you learn the applicable laws so the customers time is not wasted.

Beware!!! Staff is beyond disrespectful and rude to customers! If you have an amazon return package, you can count on this store to lose it! Don’t know how everyone there is disgusting and mean for no reason and not to mention extortionate over TAPE LOL! Ridiculous, no other UPS store is like this. Don’t go here unless you like being berated, yelled at, or mistreated!

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Will never go there again!! BEWARE! Staff is unhelpful and yells at customers. I was returning an Amazon package that didn’t need to be packaged and one that did (I brought the box but did not tape one side.) The Indian man working told me he could not give me a piece of tape to tape my amazon package because he only makes $10 an hour!!! I had went there the day before and a different employee was able to tape my package and that is what I told the him but the Indian employee basically yelled at me because he only makes $10 an hour!!! Horrible customer service.

As a UPS My Choice member, I've been utilizing this UPS store location as an access point for all my UPS deliveries, due to holiday issues with misdelivered packages. I picked this UPS store location as my access point since it's in a very convenient location for my wife and I to pick up our packages, and provides a feeling of security since packages shouldn't get lost. However, my plan didn't turn out as well as I hoped. I'm not sure if it's the general demeanor of the staff, but overall, the way I'm treated, and from the observations I've seen other customers treated with a general sense of contempt or indifference. Personally, when I pick up my package, it feels like I'm burdening the staff with extra work. I've interacted with a few individuals, and the only staff member that treats customers 'decently' was 'Vic', but everyone else leaves much to be desired. My wife's experience with this location has fared even worse. Whenever she was to pick up packages for me, UPS policy indicates that she would need an email from UPS and a photo ID of the same address. She usually has to deal with one problem or another. There was one incident where the staff member would NOT release my package to my wife due to a possibility that we can get divorced and she could steal my package. This isn't UPS's policy and wouldn't be different if the package was delivered to my home and she stole it without me knowing. The final straw was when they lost my package that arrived the day before. When going to pick up my package, they couldn't find it. Weeks of back and forward between the store, UPS Store corporate office, UPS itself, and an investigation finally acknowledged that the package was indeed lost, and I'm currently trying to talk to the original shipper for the next path forward. Long story short, after using this site for a few months, I wouldn't recommend using this UPS store as an access point due to carelessness for your packages and a general lack of friendly customer service.

I had an amazing experience with the owner, I was struggling (went to multiple storage locations, and a few post offices) finding a business that had a big enough box to hold my son's game chair. Which I needed to return to the sender. Not only did she take the time to find a box that fit the chair, she packaged it and sent it off. Something I'd been trying to get help with for weeks took her less than 10 minutes. I've need three since send still amazing customer service!
