Really dislike this pharmacy. Forced to use CVS through insurance and this is the closest. I have had multiple negative experiences here. The worst was noticing one of my medications had 2 diff pill types in it. I looked up the codes online and found out that half the pills were double dosage! Pretty sloppy and dangerous. The other instance that stands out was when I was very sick, miserable, and contagious with a flu. I went through the drive-thru to pick up some prescriptions and asked if they could grab a small OTC pharmacy item for me (as I know they advertised this ability during these COVID times). The girl refused and even lied saying that item was at the front of the store and it would take 15 minutes to get it. Really? First off, it would take about 30 seconds to get to the other side of the store, if that. Second, when I went inside, the item was literally in the aisle right next to the pharmacy as I predicted. I would never ask out of laziness but I was trying not to spread my germs everywhere. I keep asking myself why I don't just drive further to another CVS. I have had way better experiences at the one near Home Depot. I am sure their job is not easy but this location needs some training in customer service.

This CVS was a great pharmacy once upon a time. Then there was a huge shift and it’s been horrible at best. Medication is not ready. 24 hour pharmacy means nothing when they can’t fill a prescription. Walgreens is a block away and the nicest team. Along with MUCH faster service.

I will never use this pharmacy again. A broken system. Been here 3 times for prescription after they told me it would be ready by 4p. Get to counter and they said. NOT IN STOCK. Stand in another line for 30 minutes. Transferring everything. Don’t want a coupon or an apology.

I wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars. Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I'm forced to use them by my employer. It's nearly impossible to get them in the phone. Service is slow at best. Their app is useless. I'm currently in hold in the phone, as I have been for over 20 minutes. As bad as CVS is overall, this location is one of the worst. I wonder how much longer they'll ignore their phone calls.

You can’t be a little more specific? No sorry And their filing system is atrocious. It takes forever to find your script when they do have a med to pick up. Time to change pharmacies.

Review based solely on the pharmacy... My son needed antibiotics, they gave him 3 bottles rather than one big one. That is fine, I am not bothered by that. What I am bothered with is that 1 of the bottles of antibiotics they sent me home with was in powder form. No one mixed it. How difficult is it to make sure the medication is ready before you give it to someone? It is also impossible to talk to someone over the phone. It was faster for me to just drive there than wait for someone to answer the phone.

This CVS winter Spring is a disaster. I scheduled a rapid test for travel and it was set at 3:35. I got a email saying that they will hold my spot for 25 minutes, I was running 3-4 minutes late but still within the 25 minutes they emailed me. The mini clinic lady with a strong accent called me and told me to reschedule or come in and wait in-line for her to see me. I asked her how long do I need to wait and she said she doesn’t know. I asked her if she can kindly double check her schedule and she said rudely and impatiently she doesn’t know. I need the test for travel, so I asked her again if I come she will help me and she said you just need to wait until I am available if you come in. I told her that I would come. I went and waited in the waiting area for 50 minutes and she came out asked if anyone is here for rapids test and no one raised their hand and I was the only one and she said come in. As soon as I told her that I had a appointment and she said you missed your appointment and I can’t see you. Are you kidding me? What kind of medical professionals are you? It is a shame! I will never come back to this location. It is a joke. Don’t waste your time.

When calling in to see if prescription is ready, there’s always a 10/15 minute wait to talk to anyone. There is no option for new prescriptions only refills on their phone status so there is no choice but to wait to speak to someone. Only other option is to drive there only to be told it’s not ready. Phone system is not user friendly. Once you are able to talk to someone they are very pleasant so reason for the 3 stars is completely the pleasant and helpful staff.

Diane was really professional and helped gather items for me and even helped putting them into my cart for me. The other lady was vacuuming the entire store and doing a great job as well. Both women were doing their jobs well and the customer service was totally on par! 💪🏻🔥👍🏻 I would definitely come back. Keep up the good work on the night shift ladies and God Bless!

Horrible customer service provided by Tanya. Manager needs to send her to a Customer Service Training Class so she can apply her skills to CVS customers..without us she won't have a job..she was unprofessional and bothered when I was asking her about my medication CVS didn't have and my option was to go to another CVS pharmacy which Tanya told me to call and see if they had the medication.. I did call and was told by the pharmacist to have them(Tanya) put the meds on hold...my point. this is her job(Tanya) not mine and had she did that from the beginning I could have avoided coming back inside and wait another 12 min.on line which she saw me but was acting as though I wasn't there.. Thank you Jordan for your kindness and excellent customer service that your coworker could not provide. God Bless you 🙏 and keep up the good work!!!
