This team is amazing with the number of customers going in that store daily. They do a great job and management is always very friendly and involved. Talk about team work! The food is fresh and customer service is 100%! And while the restrooms have a little wait time because there’s only two, it is impressive how they still manage to keep it clean and presentable. Store owner like to steal other 7-11 store owner employees. She even trained her employees to lie about other store owner so they can steal employees from other stores so can have fully trained employees from other store . ~M

It's been months while we wait on the construction to finish and the pumps to reopen. When they finally open up, and now they're down again, except for one pump, which only has one grade working, says the handwritten sign on the pump. Parking lot is small, no where to wait while others pump. Either blocking parking spots or sitting out in the road. The place used to have napkins outside the pumps, but the last few times I went, nothing. I see more vagrants roaming around the property now. Seems like it's gone downhill. ~Wade

When calling in to see if prescription is ready, there’s always a 10/15 minute wait to talk to anyone. There is no option for new prescriptions only refills on their phone status so there is no choice but to wait to speak to someone. Only other option is to drive there only to be told it’s not ready. Phone system is not user friendly. Once you are able to talk to someone they are very pleasant so reason for the 3 stars is completely the pleasant and helpful staff. ~Joy

Transferred my account to TRUSTCO many in 2013 and have not regrets. I love this Branch. I feel welcomed warmly by Presca and Carmen, as well as the tellers, feel a sense of family. Always received very friendly and professional services. I've seen the same service given to other customers in the bank as well as those entering the bank too. I also experienced the same courtesy in the Poughkeepsie, NY Branch. I've had Bank Accounts in other Commercial Banks and believe me, I've never had a personalized experience such as this. I've personally recommended this bank to family & friends. And I never done that before. ~JACQUELINE

Called for an appointment, since it is a sales office with warehouse. Was looking for small computer desks for our new offices and some monitor mounts for our desks and perhaps the wall. The manager opened each box we asked for and was very courteous. They had all items in stock. The items are top notch quality. We discovered them with a Google search from compact computer desks and were surprised to see that they were in our same area. They commented that they ship domestic & internationally, since most of their business is online and with repeat customers since 2001. ~GJJC

I always bring my packages here and taken care of efficiently by Pinky and her staff! Pinky is so lovely to talk to that sometime if I am near a different UPS store, I will travel to this location just so I can say hi! I feel welcomed and I am always in and out quickly! My husband is a college professor. He used to get copies of his exams done at the college, but Covid shut down the copy center. We checked out several places to have the copies done and all of them were terribly expensive. Most of them were $.10 a page or more. Mail Copy Plus did them for about a third the price. When you’re having 100 copies done of a 10 page exam, believe me the difference in price is phenomenal. Also the big stores acted like it was a nuisance and wanted a day or two to complete the job or they would charge extra. Mail Copy Plus had them done in a couple of hours, and they were super nice about it. ~Terry
