Transferred my account to TRUSTCO many in 2013 and have not regrets. I love this Branch. I feel welcomed warmly by Presca and Carmen, as well as the tellers, feel a sense of family. Always received very friendly and professional services. I've seen the same service given to other customers in the bank as well as those entering the bank too. I also experienced the same courtesy in the Poughkeepsie, NY Branch. I've had Bank Accounts in other Commercial Banks and believe me, I've never had a personalized experience such as this.
