Overpriced, minimal care, avoids needed testing to create cost to incur additional cost. Unnecessary comments from front desk staff and do not update appointments/ poor record keeping. To cancel the wellness plan we were told there would be cost to cover each “discounted” visit that the wellness plans covers so we would owe them. Only vet I spoke to once over the phone through the 3 visits we had was nice but still doesn’t do the place any justice for us to continue service. ~James
