So I call my nearest goodyear to know the price of a balance and they tell me they cant balance my tire becuase of the size. Even though its a common OE size for multiple vehicles(Bronco and Raptors are 2 examples). And a Goodyear none the less... what a joke some people are.... I was told the tire doesnt fit in a balancer. I have been in the automotive repair industry my whole life and never encountered a balancer that wouldn't balance a 17" wheel with a 315/70/17. Guess they dont want to work. Tuffys next door was happy to take my money with their regular balancer. Do not recommend this place or at least avoid Shane.

James is a straight up scammer. He pulled the wool over my eyes and charged me almost $1,500 for parts and services I did not even need and on top of that didn't even fix the issue that was wrong with my car. Thank God for the service manager and his team over at the Goodyear in Lady Lake who took care of the problems and cleaned up their mess. No wonder the Winter Springs location has the lowest sales in the entire district and the service manager listed for the store says TBD. James is just a temporary fill in who thinks he knows it all. Becareful of his smooth talking ways. Don't let him scam you like he did me or better yet just find another mechanic shop.

Flat tire emergency. They got us in / out efficiently. They even moved slot of heavy stuff in the truck (to get to wheel lock key) - and placed all stuff in trunk right back properly. Great job. I plan on using this shop for any tire need in future. I see they also do oil changes, etc. so I plan on using them for that too. Thanks 😁

Went to Good Year early afternoon Saturday to get tire fixed from nail. Was told by nice gentleman to come back at 2:00. Went back at 2:00 and another unprofessional rude man directing where to park and said he would GET TO IT. Told him we had 2:00 appt and he said loud and rude..we dont TELL ANYONE TO COME BACK AT A CERTAIN TIME. We left and went to Tires Plus where we were treated with dignity and respect. Wish we had gotten his name. He is definitely NOT AN ASSET TO YOUR BUSINESS. WONT EVER GO THERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

If it was possible to give this store a zero I would. Shane is the rudest most inconsiderate person and should not be doing anything with customers or any brand. My care was dropped of early with the promise of being done by 8am the next day. At 3:30pm I received a call from him telling me that they haven’t started the car yet and that he tried to call me and I have never received a call. I then proceeded for a second time giving him permission to fix the car. He told me that he would call me back in an hour which’s would have been 4:30pm with an update. I waited trying to be considerate of HIS time and called him at 5:45pm. To which he preceded to argue and tell me that HE never promised to have the car ready by 8am the next day. He then threatened to put the car back together broken even though I paid for the repair using there financing program and that I can pick the car back up and it will not be repaired. I asked him for his managers information and he hung up on me. Not once, twice, but 4x, stating that he wasn’t going to give me any info on his manager. All I wanted was my car fixed. If I know he was going to waste my time I would have taken it some were else and probably would have had it back by now. I need someone to call me ASAP. My car is still at this shop. I promise you this I will never come back to this place as long as SHANE IS THERE. I should have read the reviews before I went to this place.

I want to thank James Ingram and Clayton Paulk for their attention and good treatment. Even though it was time to go home and they needed to finish my truck, regardless of the time or the tiredness they kept a smile on their face. Thanks for his hard work.

This is horrible who is Shane? First when bringing our car in to get a tire patched they called me into the actual garage LIABILITY and showed me a tire that needs to be changed out when asking them to patch the tire Shane said he had ordered them because the ones they have are to small then when the order came in they were to large! When calling back in he SHANE said oh I am pretty sure we can patch it I said but Shane you told me it wasn't safe to use the small one then he proceeds to tell me "well you don't have to use us"!!!!!!!!!! What in the heck is going on upper management needs to address him even working for Good Year period! We were just about to buy tires at $400 a tire from him but now we will never go back to this store as long as Shane is there who is this guy and why is he pushing business out the door?
