Store owner like to steal other 7-11 store owner employees. She even trained her employees to lie about other store owner so they can steal employees from other stores so can have fully trained employees from other store .

Short guy redheaded dweeb with the stupid earrings acted like it was such a massive inconvenience to check me out. Like I was interrupting his vacation. This really irritates me, it's like really do I have to apologize to his royal highness for buying a couple things? Well, not going to do that again from this store with these kind of adult children they employ.

All around awful experience. Today somewhere between 6:30p and 7pm. My daughters wanted ice cream following time at Trotwood Park; because 7/11 is so close we decided to stop by and purchase 2 ice cream selections. I sent the girls into the store (black (non Hispanic)) into the store with a total of $4 to purchase their ice cream. Once at the counter they were told by the cashier (who later identified herself as Becky) that additional money was due for the purchase. The girls came to the car asking for an additional $3 to complete the purchase. Once I was advised that an additional $3 would be needed to complete the purchase; i informed them that was extremely ex pensive for two I e cream items and we will not purchase the items. The girls went back into the store to place the items back in the freezer. In the interim another male customer came to my vehicle and advised they needed less than a dollar (I don’t remember the exact amount) to complete the purchase. The gentleman offered to pay the difference. However I handed him a $20 bill. The gentleman walked back in the store handed the cashier the $20. The girls completed their purchase and returned to the vehicle. I then afk for my change. I was given the $4 (original amount the girls were provided to purchase the items). I assumed this was a mistake. I went into the store and explained to the cashier the gurls had purchased 2 ice cream items and was only given the original $4 as change. Initially the cashier argued that the girls had not paid for the items and. Gentleman purchased the items for them. I then told the cashier ‘yes the gentleman provided you my $20 bill and I wanted the $15 change. The cashier continued to argue her point but finally picked up the $15 she had placed beside the register and shoved it at me. I began to tell the cashier that she was attempting to STEAL $15 from a Customer ( how I arrived at this is she had not put the money in the register but placed beside the register). The cashier was Extremely rude, dismiss and disrespectful. I ask for the managers name but was told there was no manager. I ask for her name which she shouted was Becky. Cashier continued to state their was mo manager ( 2d employee (guy)) behind the counter mumbled that it didn’t matter because the manager will do nothing. Finally Becky yelled the manager is Diane to which again the other employee said NOTHING will be done. Becky shouted if I wanted a number that I would have to look it up myself. I left the store appalled at the dishonesty and disrespectful attitude the cashier displayed. While I sat in my vehicle (preparing to leave) a Customer from inside the store stoped by my vehicle and stated “I’m not sure what happened but it seems as though the cashier was being dishonest and attempted to STEAL $15. Becky then walked out to smoke a cigarette. I yelled out my window that a customer has witnessed what happened and concluded that she(cashier) was being dishonest. The store manager may not hold her employees accountable fir their actions. However I MUST WARN ALL FUTURE PATRONS “ if employee is willing to steal from a Customer how far fetched is it the employee will steal from their employer. I will be reaching out to the franchise owner to make a formal complaint.

The female cashier that works at 6am Monday thru Friday is a gem. She greets you by name and is always so friendly to everyone.

Wow! What a negative experience! When you ask the clerk what the price is on an item, and it rings up differently, and they blame it on the sales tax and then belittle you in front of an entire line of customers when you seek clarity, it is unacceptable. I had to come into the store a second time to ask for a receipt because he had crumpled it up in his left hand while explaining the sales tax without offering me a copy. After returning to my car, I realized I was not going to be able to figure it out without the receipt. I came back in and asked for the copy and he said in front of everyone that he was so sorry and that if I had a problem with the sales tax to take it up with the state. He was very sarcastic and it was embarrassing. I returned to my car and figured out that he had overcharged me ( after all, I had stated I was only purchasing the product if it was on sale for two for three dollars - which it had been for years off and on, and currently the sign was missing at the point of purchase - which I also made him aware of before agreeing to purchase). and that an unexpected sales tax on the full sale price was not the reason for the .50 difference. According to the receipt, the items were two for $3.50 instead of two for $3.00 as he claimed before he rang the items up. I told him I didn’t appreciate him treating me like I was being an A-hole and he started yelling at me to get out of his store (proving my point) or he was calling the cops. He even tried to keep the receipt from me and picked up the phone to call the police in response to my request for the receipt. He was still claiming the difference was in the sales tax even after I had showed it to him that the items rang up two for $3.50 . He finally gave it to me while holding the phone and twice acting like he was going to call the police instead of giving me my receipt. I told him I wanted a refund and he said I wasn’t getting a refund and that I had to get out of the store (still) and that was my only option.

Me and my Husband have been going here for a few years now, my husband previously worked there as well. Now for anyone that doesn't know my husband, he is Avery comical person, always trying to make people laugh. The past few times we've come in it's been employees with nasty looks on their faces, unhappy to be there, etc. He always tries to start a conversation with them, and they shut it down, especially Darren, he's very rude and aggressive with his words. We are personally friends with mostly everyone that works there and we joke around with the ones we are friends with. We recently got a phone call from the owner, Debby, calling us to tell us how out jokes were taken too far etc. keep in mind we're only in there for about 2 mins a day. We have joked around with a select few by saying "waitress" when no one is at the counter but clearly we are joking. Anyways, Debby calls and tells us how we were wrong. Last time I checked owners don't call people to tell them how they're wrong. At this store the employee is always right, apparently not the customer. My husband used to work there over a year or two ago and since then has not been treated like a customer. They have not only lost my business but as well as our family.
