I live near this gas station so I come often, the older white ladies that work there definitely discriminate! Every time I have gone there they watch black folks as they shop, they will literally stop ringing up someone to watch a black customer shop and even get on the overhead speaker and ask security to scan and record the aisles! Now this is not an isolated incident this is every time I come in there these two ladies will do these things as soon as black customers arrive and it is so obvious it's sickening, I even said something to the black female security guard that works there and her facial expressions seem to agree with my statement, twice now my fiancé who is a mid-twenties U.S. Federal officer gets watched and asked if he is looking for something specific yet none of the white folks get questioned or watched during our time there, including myself who is a very fair skinned hispanic! The only reason I gave any stars is because of the selection and convenience of the store itself!

Stopped here for a break and fuel. Rather busy here tonight. Had the Indy racing across the street tonight. Going to be fun going through St Louis, mo tonight because everyone wants to be racer.

I would have given the store 5 stars but the guy Carter in the Automotive shop was rude and racist. If you don't want to help blacks, maybe Carter should find a job outside of a community without black people. S**t is sad we still have to go through racism.

Worst place to park. I paid for my parking and a guy came up to me asking me to move. After I said I had paid for my parking he then ordered me to show him the receipt. Why should I have to be providing a stranger with a receipt when he didn't even showed his credentials or presented as a security. I Never had issues providing my receipt to the security at any other pilot or flying j cause they have always been respectful and introduced themselves before asking for receipt

You're better off shutting down on a freeway off ramp than coming to this place. Horrible service. Employees don't care. Especially the subway and taco bell.

I asked almost all employees that how many gallon I need to fill in order to get free shower, no one knew about it so I filled 50 gallon but still didn't get free shower so I end up paying $15 to get shower.

10/15/21 I stopped here on Friday, at 8:59 pm I went to buy a meal from Taco Bell and the lady told me they had ran out of “everything” and they’re closing in 20 minutes, there was a guy waiting for his food. I said, I’ll right, I’ll go to Subway which is next to the Taco Bell inside the store. I rang the bell no one came to the front ‘till I rang the bell again, and almost the same story, they said they had no bread 🤦🏻♀️ Is this a joke or what? They should close the store early then. I went to get a shower, the toilet was old, they should replace it, shower and sink was fine, they just need to clean the grout, the bathroom was clean, it only need maintenance.

Stopped by to fuel up and it wasn't bad the restroom was clean. The ladies at the counter was pleasant.

This Pilot is one of the dirtiest truck stops I have been to in a long time!!! All the trash cans inside and out are over full. The cans outside are so full that everyone is piling the trash around them. The parking lot is covered in trash. Then you go inside and the store is dirty also. The floors have trash on them, especially the hall going to the laundry room and the showers. The sad thing is that there are 4 people working on Sunday and the store is not busy. But you had 3 if them at the front counter carrying on a conversation and the fourth guy was on his cell while he attempted to clean showers. I was doing laundry there in the hall he was working for an hour and half and he held that phone to his ear the entire time. Very unprofessional!!!!
